Research Of Relation Between Gastric Juice PH,Pepsinogen,gastrin And Prostaglandin E₂ Of The Patients And Fundic Gland Polyp And Hyperplastic Polyp

Objectives:To study the acid and alkali environment of gastric juice,level of pepsinogen and gastrin and prostaglandin E₂ of the patients with fundic gland polyp and hyperplastic polyp.Methods:120 specimens of gastric juice from three groups（Fundic gland polyp 40 cases,hyperplastic polyp group 40 cases and control group 40 cases）were collected and the pH value of gastric juice wsa tested with precise pH meter,then level of pepsinogen and gastrin and prostaglandin E₂ were detected by ELISA method.The results were analysized with the SPSS 13.0 statistic software.Results:1 In the control group: pH 2.42±2.35,Pepsinogen Ⅰ 85.55±21.22 ng/ml,Pepsinogen Ⅱ 10.99±2.74 ng/ml,gastrin 52.24±14.15 ng/l,Prostaglandin E₂62.23±9.32 pg/ml.2 In the hyperplastic polyp groups: pH 2.26 ±1.71,Pepsinogen Ⅰ83.57±40.42 ng/ml;Pepsinogen Ⅱ 13.10±4.79 ng/ml,gastrin 311.36 ±50.14 ng/l,prostaglandin E₂ 35.37±6.53 pg/ml.3 In the fundic gland polyp group: pH 2.48±2.39,pepsinogen Ⅰ 80.59±28.61ng/ml;pepsinogen Ⅱ 17.24±7.36 ng/ml,gastrin 203.91±33.23ng/l,prostaglandin E₂ 27.11±7.18 pg/ml.4 pH values of gastric juice in hyperplastic polyp group and fundic gland polyp group are lower than control group’s,but the differences are not significant statistically,P>0.05.5 The level of pepsinogen Ⅰof gastric juice in hyperplastic polyp group and fundic gland polyp group is lower compared with those control group,but the imparity is not significant statistically,P>0.05.The level of pepsinogenⅡin hyperplastic polyp group and fundic gland polyp group is higher thanthat in control group,and the imparity is significant statistically,P<0.05.6 Gastrin value in hyperplastic polyp group and fundic gland polyp group is higher than that in control group,but the imparity is significant statistically,P <0.05.7 Prostaglandin E₂ value in hyperplastic polyp group and fundic gland polyp group become lower than control,and the imparity is significant statistically,P<0.05.Conclusions:Gastric juice pH and pepsinogen Ⅰhave little relation with hyperplastic polyp and fundic gland polyp.Gastric juice pepsinogen Ⅱ,Gastrin and Prostaglandin E₂ have close relation with hyperplastic polyp and fundic gland polyp.Conclusion:1 Gastric juice pH value of hyperplastic polyp and fundic gland polyps had no direct influence.2 In gastric juice pepsin Ⅰ relations with polyps is not obvious,in the gastric juice pepsin Ⅱ rising levels of closely associated with gastric polyp.3 Fundic gland polyps and hyperplastic polyp group of gastric secrete element content in gastric juice were higher than the control group,shows that high gastric secrete element closely associated with gastric polyp.4 Hyperplastic polyp group and fundic gland polyps in the gastric juice prostaglandin E₂ levels are lower than the control group,prompt prostaglandin E₂ in gastric juice lacks closely associated with gastric polyp.
