Qing Dou Tongqiao Decoction Combined With Fumigation Therapy On The Efficacy Of Nasal Mucosa Repair After Sinusitis Surgery

Purpose: Observation of Chinese medicine Qing Dou Tongqiao decoction combined with fumigation treatment to have effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS)chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS)in patients with nasal cavity mucosal repair under nasal endoscope,including postoperative sinusitis symptoms,the change of nasal mucosa recovery of both the function and morphology of impact and nasal mucociliary transport rate and Research of traditional Chinese medicine treatment method is effective in the treatment after endoscopic sinus surgery and its related mechanism,to provide certain theory reference and clinical basis for its application in chronic nasal sinusitis FESS surgery after.method: Clean,after surgery in the collected 60 cases of 2014 February 2015 10 month period of ear,nose and throat were treated with operation indications,in line with the diagnostic criteria of patients,according to 1:1 were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)underwent FESS,two groups of patients were treated with the same routine postoperative treatment,the treatment group in the irradiation group based on the combined with Qing Dou Tongqiao decoction combined with oral fumigation and steaming therapy were recorded in two groups of patients before and after 1 week,4 weeks,12 weeks of sinusitis symptoms,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores Lund Kennedy endoscopic check points were recorded cavity time,the mucosal epithelium of the operation time and the nasal mucosa cilia transmission rate index,statistical analysis,evaluation of the comprehensive effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group.result:Preoperative statistics of two groups in terms of gender,age,course of disease,symptoms before treatment,nasal endoscopic quantitative integration and so on,there was no statistical significance,the two kinds of comparability.1.Two symptom scores of 1 groupsBefore treatment,the two groups no significant difference(P > 0.05);postoperative week two groups of symptoms.The performance had no statistical difference.After 4 weeks,the symptoms of two groups comparison of nasal congestion,P < 0.05,head and facial pain P < 0.01,total P < 0.05 that symptoms of nasal obstruction and head and facial pain improvement in the treatment group than in the control group.After operation in two groups 12 weeks symptom scores compared nasal obstruction,P < 0.05,pus snot < 0.01,head and facial pain(P < 0.01)in the olfactory dysfunction(P < 0.05),total P < 0.01 that treatment group in the nasal obstruction,suppuration,headache and olfactory avoidance There were statistically significant differences between the control group and the control group.2.Two groups of nasal endoscopic nasal mucosa scoreBefore treatment,the two groups no significant difference(P > 0.05);postoperative 1 week,two group of nasal endoscope endoscopic mucosal morphology difference was not statistically significant.After 4 weeks in both groups compared vesicles P < 0.05,scabby P < 0.0 5,total P < 0.05 that nasal endoscope lens subcapsular bubble,scar treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant.After 12 weeks in both groups compared the index score and total score in the treatment group rhinorrhea,polyps,vesicles and other indicators was significantly better than that of the control group,and in the scab,mucosal edema and scar adhesion between the two groups no significant.3.the combined effect of two groups:In the treatment group,10 cases were cured,20 cases were effective,0 cases were ineffective,the cure rate was 33.3%,the total effective rate was 100%,the control group was 7 cases,effective 21 cases,invalid 2 cases,the cure rate was 23.3%,the total effective rate was 93%.,so the total curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.4.There was no significant difference in two groups were cavity cleaning time.Two groups in operative cavity mucosal epithelium of the time compared with significant difference.Two groups of nasal mucosa mucociliary transport rate of preoperative and postoperative 1 week without significant difference.After 4 weeks(P < 0.05)have significant difference,postoperative 12 weeks(P < 0.01)have significant difference.Conclusion:After FESS patients in the conventional western medicine treatment on the basis of added with Qing Dou Tongqiao decoction combined with fumigation treatment in improve chronic nasal sinusitis in patients with clinical symptoms and endoscopic nasal mucosal morphology and function recovery and accelerate the nasal mucociliary transport rate,of nasal cavity mucous epithelium of side effects than the control group,at the end of the treatment period not found related side effects and adverse reactions,in FESS for the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the beneficial attempt,affirmed its application in functional endoscopic sinus surgery,it is worth further study.
