Objective: to chronic nasal sinusitis patients using functional endoscopic sinus surgery,using sinusitis mixture douche nasal cavity after endoscopic sinus surgery,in compound sodium chloride injection cavity douching for the control group,record MTR,reflects his own mucosal inflammation in patients with nasal endoscopic surgery recovery treatment function.study sinusitis in patients with sinusitis mixture,the influence of the recovery of mucosal morphology structure and function to discuss sinusitis mixture on postoperative nasal douching the curative effect of chronic sinusitis,sinusitis mixture is widely applied in clinic,provide reliable theoretical and clinical basis,based on this research further discussed the application of TCM in chronic sinusitis and nasal endoscopic surgery,postoperative treatment method is helpful to improve chronic rhinosinusitis,to improve the clinical cure rate of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp.Methods: meeting the inclusion criteria,functional nasal endoscopic sinus surgery of 60 patients with chronic nasal-sinusitis,according to the order of my hospital,using simple random number table method,randomly divided into two groups namely sinusitis mixture douching group(experimental group)and western medicine of compound sodium chloride injection douching group(control group).All patients adopt Messerklinger operation,postoperative sinusitis mixture(experimental group)were used to rinse group(control group)and compound sodiumchloride injection line douche cavity,nasal endoscopic observation of nasal epithelium after treatment time and cavity clean,evaluation of mucosal healing outcome.Respectively in the preoperative and postoperative 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks postoperatively,on one side by the same procedure is to observe,objective evaluation of two groups of patients with postoperative mucosa cilia structure damage and recovery the results of statistical analysis,judge its curative effect。Results: two groups of gender,age,course of general information,such as there was no significant difference after statistics processing,comparable.two groups after treatment of 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks,cavity cleaning time by t test(t=7.09,p<0.05 、 t = 6.26,p<0.05),there is significant difference.That traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)sinusitis mixture is better than western medicine of compound sodium chloride injection nasal douching can more effectively promote cavity mucosal epithelial functional recovery.Conclusions: clinical studies have shown that sinusitis mixture more efficiently than compound sodium chloride injection douche the nasal cavity to promote and accelerate functional nasal endoscopic surgery clean and mucosal epithelization,and significantly promote sinus mucous membrane of the nasal passages complex function recovery,sinusitis mixture can improve the functional nasal endoscopic treatment of chronic nasal sinusitis-surgical curative effect,is safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine preparations,worth clinical promotion.
