Hospital workplace violence has caused great threat to the normal work and life of medical staff,and nurses,turnover intention is very important to the development of hospital nursing career.There is a close relationship between hospital workplace violence and nurses,turnover intention.Objectives:Based on COR to construct a theoretical model of the influence of workplace violence on nurses,turnover intention.Through data analysis to verify the influence mechanism of hospital workplace violence to nurses,quit intention.Based on the results,intervention strategy to alleviate or prevent the influence of workplace violence to nurses,quit intention is put forward.Methods:Firstly,through the literature research,literature review is completed.Secondly,choosing all nurses of the hospital in Tangshan City,questionnaire is investigated.Finally,using statistical methods to analyze the data,intervention strategies is put forward.Results:The study find that the ratio of workplace violence(62.9%)and the level of nurses,quit intention(2.92±0.36)are at a higher level.Workplace violence has significant predictive power to nurses,quit intention(?=0.281,P?0.01).Nurses,personnel individual psychological capital levels adjusts the relationship between the workplace violence and nurses,quit intention as negative direction(?=-0.093,P?0.05).The moderating effect of organizational support on workplace violence and nurses,quit intention is obvious(?=-0.098,P?0.05).Conclusions:The influence from patients to nurses,quit intention should be noticed.It is considered that the violence in the hospital workplace is one of the main factors that lead to the turnover of nurses.In practice,through the strengthening of organizational support and development of psychological capital can effectively alleviate the exhaustion of nurses emotional resources caused by the hospital workplace violence and reduce the level of nurses,turnover intention.
