Clinical Study Of The Correlation Between Uric Acid And Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To explore the blood uric acid level and treatment effect and prognosis of the acute phase of cerebral infarction patients,after the intervention,uric acid,patients can benefit.To explore the blood uric acid in patients with cerebral infarction in acute stage and recovery mechanism.Methods:Choose between January 2016 and December 2016 in zibo linzi district people’s hospital neurology a ward in the hospital treatment of 207 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients as the research object,according to the blood uric acid level is divided into high uric acid hematic disease group(n = 119)and blood uric acid in normal group(control group)(n = 88),and high uric acid hematic disease patients were randomly divided into intervention group(mainly used allopurinol uric acid drugs)(n =60)and intervention group(n = 59),respectively in three groups of cerebral infarction patients admitted to hospital on the day of,1 week,2 weeks treatment,treatment 3months on the examination of the neural function defect scale and uric acid,the results were statistically analyzed.Compared with treatment 1 week,2 weeks when the three groups of patients improved treatment effect,neurologic deficits,namely the NIHSS score period,compare the treatment for 3 months of three groups of patients prognosis,degree of nerve functional recovery improvement,namely,m RS grading period,m RS score 2 or less good judgement for the prognosis of cerebral infarction group;MRS rating scale > 2 judgement for the prognosis of cerebral infarction group(deaths statistics to poor prognosis group).Results:1.The control group,intervention group and intervention group at 1 week of NIHSS score period(a)the NIHSS score decline rate were 12.48 ± 4.54%,10.24±4.78% and-1.22 ±3.51%.The control group,intervention group and intervention group therapy NIHSS score at 2 weeks period were 28.03 ±4.44%,25.20 ±3.81% and-4.38 ±3.52%.Treatment for 1 week,2 weeks,the intervention group less NIHSS scoresignificantly increased period of intervention group patients(p = 0.002,p = 0.002),the control group is not a significant rise in intervention group NIHSS score period,there was a significant difference(p = 0.001,p = 0.001).2.The control group,intervention group and intervention group three groups of patients 3 months when m RS grading period(a)the m RS score decline rate were 57.83 ± 8.91%,52.26 ±7.90% and 27.52 ±7.52%.Treatment for 3 months,the intervention group than m RS grading period of intervention group patients increased significantly(p = 0.001),the control is not intervention group m RS grading period increased significantly(p = 0.001),the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.01).3.The intervention group good prognosis rate was88.33%,significantly higher than that without intervention group good prognosis rate is59.32%,there was a significant difference(χ2= 21.113,P=0.002).Control rate is 93.18,good prognosis without intervention group is significantly higher than the rate of 59.31%,good prognosis has significant difference(χ2= 24.929,P=0.002).While the control group and intervention group rate there was no statistically significant difference comparing the good prognosis(χ2 = 1.047,P > 0.05).Conclusions:1.Compared with cerebral infarction patients with normal blood uric acid,of cerebral infarction patients with high uric acid hematic disease its nerve function damage degree is relatively heavy,therapeutic effect and prognosis is relatively poor.Blood uric acid levels may be related to the occurrence of acute cerebral infarction is closely related to the development,treatment and clinical prognosis.2.Patients with high uric acid hematic disease of cerebral infarction with lower blood uric acid may improve clinical outcomes after treatment,reduce the disease morbidity.Should pay attention to the change of blood uric acid levels,high blood uric acid can promote atherosclerosis occurs,could further aggravate the patient’s metabolic disorder,and in the acute phase of cerebral infarction in cascade reaction of cerebral tissue injury,and acute phase of cerebral infarction caused by oxygen free radical of a large number of release,so the high uric acid hematic disease may has close relationship with the progress of the disease of acute cerebral infarction and in patients with high uric acid hematic disease may increase the risk of cerebral infarction,increase cerebral infarction recurrence rate,increase the bad prognosis of cerebral infarction.This index can be as an independent predictor detection and intervention,guiding treatment and secondary prevention of cerebral infarction.
