Objectives:To detect serum uric acid concentrations and serum lipids levels, to explore the effect of liquor dose on serum uric acid levels and the correlation between serum uric acid and serum lipid level in male patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:279 cases of male patients who were diagnosed as acute cerebral infarction in Yiban University Hospital from February 2015 to January 2016 were enrolled in this study, the average age wes 58.31±8.52 years old. According to different liqour dose, all the cases were divided into non alcohol consumption group, small alcohol consumption group, moderate alcohol consumption group, excessive alcohol consumption.35 cases were enrolled in the hyperuricemia group(UA>420μmol/L),244 cases were enrolled in normouricemia group. The concentrations of uric acid(UA). total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglycerides (TG)were detected, then calculate TG/HDL-C.To evaluate the relationship between liqour dose and serum uric acid. the correlation of serum uric acid and TC. TG. LDL-C. HDL-C. TG/HDL-C with the help of SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age. BMI. hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus. NIHSS score among non alcohol consumption group, small alcohol consumption group, moderate alcohol consumption group, excessive alcohol consumption(P>0.05).There was significant difference in smoking history among non alcohol consumption group, small alcohol consumption group, moderate alcohol consumption group, excessive alcohol consumption(P<0.05); the smoking history in small alcohol consumption and excessive alcohol consumption was significantly higher than in non alcohol consumption(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in smoking history among mall alcohol consumption group. moderate alcohol consumption group、excessive alcohol consumption(P>0.05).2. There was remarkable difference in serum UA level among four groups(P<0.05).The level of SUA in excessive alcohol consumption was significantly higher than the level of SUA in small and moderate alcohol consumption (P<0.05).The level of SUA in excessive alcohol consumption was higher than the level of SUA in non alcohol consumption, but there was no statistically significant differenceCP>0.05).3.There was no remarkable difference in age、BMI、hypertension、type 2 diabetes mellitus、NIHSS score、smoking history、alcohol consumption between hyperuricemia group and normouricemia group(P>0.05).4.The level of TC、TG、LDL-C、TG/HDL-C in hypemricemia group was significantly higher than the level of TC、TG、LDL-C、TG/HDL-C in normouricemia group (P<0.05).The level of HDL-C in hyperuricemia group was lower than the level of HDL-C in normouricemia group, but there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).5. The coefficient of correlation between serum uric acid level and TC、TG、 LDL-C、HDL-C、TG/HDL-C was respectively 0.219、0.264、0.132、-0.075、 0.238.Serum uric acid was positively correlated with TC、TG、LDL-C、 TG/HDL-C(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Chniese liqour dose is closely related to serum uric acid level in male patients with acute cerebral infarction, compare with small and moderate alcohol consumption, excessive alcohol consumption can lead to uric acid level elevated.2.Serum uric acid is closely related to lipid metabolism and insulin resisrance in male patients with acute cerebral infarction.3.serum uric acid was positively correlated with TC、TG、LDL-C、TG/HDL-C in male patients with acute cerebral infarction.
