| Objective: To combine the high-dose of Vc with fructose diphosphate to eliminate oxygen free radicals, increase coronary blood flow, improve myocardial metabolism, increase myocardial contractility and increase the content of diphosphoglyceric acid in the red blood cells. On the basis of conventional treatment,by comparing the myocardial enzymes, electrocardiogram, cardiac troponin,Chest radiograph and other clinical indicators, the aim of this study was to explore the combined effects of high-dose of Vc with fructose diphosphate on treating myocardial damage of childhood mycoplasma pneumonia, and to compare the combination effects is whether better than normal therapy. Methods: Pediatric patients with mycoplasma pneumonia and myocardial injury from June 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group(50 cases per group). All the patients in two groups were given azithromycin as well as fructose diphosphate and coenzyme Q10 to nourish cardiac muscle, while the patients in the observation group was added a large-dose of Vitamin C to nourish cardiac muscle for 14 d as a course. The related data(Clinical symptom relief,Myocardial enzymes, electrocardiogram, cardiac troponin,Leukocyte Count in Periphera blood,C-reactive protein,C hest radiograph)were observed and the effects were compared between two groups. The results of the experiment were analyzed by SPSS 22 software package, and the count data was expressed by rate(%).The measurement data was expressed by (?)±s.The X2 test,t test, and Ridit analysis were used.P<0.05 represent the statistically significant. Results: After treatment, the clinical manifestations and the majority parameters in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. The myocardial enzymes in two groups were significantly lower than before, and it was significantly lower in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).The time of ECG restore to normal in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The negative rate of cardiac troponin T(cTnI)in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The C-reactive protein in two groups were significantly lower than before, and it was significantly lower in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).The clinical cure rate in observation group(72%)was better than that in control group(42%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the recovery of chest X-ray and white blood cell count. Conclusion: Fructose diphosphate sodium combined with large-dose of Vitamin C in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia and myocardial injury of children has a remarkable clinical effect. The effect is better than that of fructose diphosphate alone, and is superior to conventional nutritional myocardial therapy.A large dose of vitamin C with two fructose sodium phosphate can play a synergistic effect, has good function of improving on myocardial damage of mycoplasma pneumonia. The results further show that Fructose Sodium Diphosphate injection combined with large doses of vitamin C intravenous medication is available to the treatment of myocardial damage of mycoplasma pneumonia. The clinical effect is significant and the financial burden of the patients is relatively smal, which is more suitable for promotion in the primary hospital. |
