Objectives Collect and wheezing infants, test IL-4 and IFN-γto investigate whether mycoplasma pneumonia leads to immune imbalance;Through discharge follow-up,to investigate whether infants with mycoplasma pneumonia are prone to recurrent wheezing and whether oral vitamin D will reduce wheezing recurrence. Methods Children aged 0-3 years old were treated from the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Technology and Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2018 to April 2019,and children with pneumonia and wheezing were taken as the research subjects. The number of 190 cases, and parents signed informed consent after being informed of the study method..On the basis of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, the children were divided into two groups:90 cases(mycoplasma pneumoniae positive)and 100 cases(mycoplasma pneumoniae negative).According to the severity of the disease, the subjects were divided into severe group and common group. In addition, oral vitamin D group and non-oral vitamin D group were measure the IL-4、IFN-γlevel of all subjects and repeated wheezing rate within three months of discharge; All children were followed up for one year after discharge, and the recurrence of wheezing was analyzed. Results 1Of the 190 children, the experimental group and the control group shed 2 cases respectively because of missing visit and non-adherence treatment plan. The final trial group and control group were 88 and 98 cases,respectively.2Compared with the recent residence, atopic dermatitis, sex, allergen allergy history, cough time before hospitalization, age and so on,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3The D levels of 25 hydroxyl vitamins in the two groups were(32.04±8.01) nmol/L(17.63±6.92)nmol/L.The clinical data of the two groups were significantly higher than that of the non-oral vitamin D group(P<0.05).4The difference between the experimental group and the control group, the middle and heavy group and the common group, the oral vitamin D and the non-oral vitamin D in the experimental group was statistically significant(P<0.05).5The incidence of repeated wheezing in children with oral vitamin D and non-oral vitamin D in the test group and the control group, the middle and heavy group and the common group were compared. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6The TRACK analysis of the test group and the control group for one year showed that the score of recurrent cough and wheezing was<80 points. The incidence of recurrent cough and wheezing in the test group and the control group was significantly different(X~2=4.067,P=0.044).Conclusions 1There is Th1/Th2 immune imbalance in infants with mycoplasma pneumoniae and vitamin D can lead to IL-4、IFN-γchanges in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.2Infants with mycoplasma pneumonia are prone to recurrent wheezing after discharge, vitamin D will reduce recurrent wheezing.Figure 0;Table 10;Reference 123...
