Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Yiqi Dishui Decoction In Treating Proteinuria With Chronic Nephritis In Qi-yin Deficiency And Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective: This research mainly through the clinical observation,evaluation of clinical curative effect of "Yiqi Lishi Decoction" in the treatment of Qi Yin deficiency and heat accumulation type of chronic glomerulonephritis,provide the basis for clinical application after.Methods: All the observation cases were from January to December 2016 in Heilongjiang Province,Chinese medicine hospital kidney specialist outpatient chronic nephritis patients,in line with the inclusion criteria,a total of 60 cases.(RR,BUN)and TCM syndrome score(according to the main body),and the patients were treated with Yiqi Dishang Decoction.The whole course of the treatment was exactaly 8 weeks.The urine protein,occult blood,high erythema erythrocyte count,24-hour urinary protein quantification,renal function(SCR,BUN)Disease,secondary disease,tongue coating,pulse score)and the relevant statistical analysis.Result:After treatment,the 24-hour urine protein quantification results were significantly lower than before treatment,before and after treatment the resu lts were significantly different.After treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome was significantly better than before treatment,before and after treatment the results were significantly different.During the treatment,there was no obvious adverse reaction in the patients.There was not so much vital difference in renal and liver function before and after the treatment.Conclusion:1.Qi and dampness Decoction in the treatment of chronic nephritis of deficiency of bot h qi and Yin,shireyunjiexing proteinuria,can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,24 hour urinary protein quantitative results significantly decreased.2.Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of Qi Yin deficiency and dampness heat accumulatio n type chronic nephritis,but no obvious effect on renal hematuria.3.Yiqi Lishi Decoction in patients with renal function(Scr,BUN)and liver function(A LT,AST)without abnormal effects,the treatment of chronic nephritis of deficiency of Qi and Yin,shireyunjiexing proteinuria is safe and reliable.
