Objective:To investigate the osteogenic effect of Heal-all oral biofilms and BoTe medical collagen membranes in guided bone regeneration for dental implant through qualitative and quantitative analysis,and then we hope this study provide theoretical references for the clinical application of domestic membrane barriers.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,120 patients were selected.The group A consisted of 60 patients used Heal-all oral biofilms for guided bone regeneration,The group B consisted of 60 patients used BoTe medical collagen membranes for guided bone regeneration.Bone graft materials of patients with bone defects were selected Bio-Osten.To evaluate the osteogenesis effects of guided bone regeneration of the two groups by adverse reactions,postoperative implant survival rates,thickness of bone graft,thickness of bone regeneration,height of bone graft,height of bone regeneration,horizontal of bone growth effect,vertical of bone growth effect and osteogenic efficiency.Results:After one-stage operation,one patient had local swelling and pain in the implant area in the group A.two patients had local swelling and pain,and there was one case that had the planting area of wound dehiscence in the group B.The adverse reactions of two groups were low(P?0.05).After the symptomatic treatment,the patients' symptoms were disappeared and there is no implant loosening or shedding.X-ray and clinical examination showed no abnormality after 4-6 months of one-stage operation.After 4-6 months of one-stage operation,the thickness and height of bone regeneration,horizontal and vertical bone growth effects were significantly higher in the group A than that in the group B(P?0.01).The horizontal osteogenic efficiency of the group A and the group B was 98.33% and 95%(P?0.05)after guided bone regeneration respectively.The vertical osteogenic efficiency was 95% and 91.67%(P?0.05)respectively.Conclusions:Both Heal-all oral biofilm and BoTe medical collagen membrane can be used for repairing the bone defect in guided bone regeneration for dental implant,they all showed the low rate of adverse reactions,the high rate of preservation and efficiency of osteogenesis,and the good effect of osteogenesis.Both of them could block the surrounding fibrous connective tissue around the defect area,guide the regeneration of new bone,and reconstruct the bone tissue.Heal-all oral biofilm is obviously superior to BoTe medical collagen membrane in guided bone regeneration for dental implant after operation,and thus Heal-all oral biofilm is worthy of clinic application.
