Purpose:To observe the clinical effect and aesthetics effect of membrane guided bone regeneration technique on implant dentures in chronic periodontitis with bone defect patients and periodontal healthy with bone defect subjects, provide a theoretical basis for improving the success rate and aesthetics effect of implant in chronic periodontitis patients.Methods:Select40random samples of implant dentures in chronic periodontitis with bone insufficient patients and40random samples of implant dentures in periodontal healthy with bone insufficient subjects, both are given the membrane guided bone regeneration in anterior dental positions. They will be divided into experimental group (chronic periodontitis group) and control group(periodontal healthy group) and each group will be detected the plaque index(PLI),modification sulcus bleeding index(mBI), probing depth(PD), perioimplant bone loss(BL),Jemt gingival papilla index, pink esthetic score(PES) after the load of6months and12months, Reckon implant retention rate after the load of12months, Compare the difference of the indicators between the two groups after the load of6months and12months.Results:1. There is no significant difference of implant retention rate after the load of12months between chronic periodontitis group and periodontal healthy group (p>0.05).2.The clinical indicators and aesthetic indicators are not significantly different after the load of6months between chronic periodontitis group and periodontal healthy group(p>0.05).3.The clinical indicators and aesthetic indicators are not significantly different after the load of12months between chronic periodontitis group and periodontal healthy group(p>0.05).4. The clinical indicators and aesthetic indicators are not satisfactory in severe chronic periodontitis patients after the load of6months and12months.Conclusions:1.The short-term clinical effect and aesthetics effect of membrane guided bone regeneration technique on implant dentures in light and moderate chronic periodontitis with bone insufficient group have no significant difference to that of periodontal healthy with bone insufficient subjects,long-term effect remains to be seen.2. The clinical indicators and aesthetic indicators of membrane guided bone regeneration technique on implant dentures in severe chronic periodontitis patients are not satisfactory, need further study.
