Objective: To investigate the expression of cyclin D1,cyclin E and NIK-IKK binding protein(NIBP)in colorectal cancer tissues,and to explore the relationship between them and clinical and pathological features In the colon cancer tissue.For the early diagnosis and prognosis of colon cancer to provide a reliable molecular biology indicators.Methods: A total of 130 patients with normal colorectal mucosa and colon cancer were treated with surgical resection and digestive internal medicine colonoscopy from February 2015 to December 2015.The patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University,Did not receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The expression and correlation of NIBP,cyclin E and cyclinD1 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method,and the relationship between the expression of NIBP,cyclinE and cyclinD1 was analyzed.The relationship between the expression of NIBP,cyclin E and cyclinD1 was analyzed.Results:(1)The positive expression rate of NIBP in colorectal carcinoma was 60.00%(39/65),which was significantly higher than that in normal colonic mucosa [18.46%(12/65),P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The positive expression rate of CyclinE in colorectal carcinoma was 56.92%(37/65),which was significantly higher than that in normal colonic mucosa(3.08%,P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The positive expression rate of Cyclin D1 in colon cancer was 89.23%(58/65),which was significantly higher than that in normal colonic mucosa(43.08%,28.55%,P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.(2)The expression of NIBP,CyclinE and Cyclin D1 in colorectal carcinoma was significantly correlated with tumor depth,TNM clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis(p <0.05).(R = 0.32,P <0.05),(3)There was a positive correlation between the expression of NIBP and CyclinE(r = 0.43,P <0.05),and there was a positive correlation between the expression of CyclinD1 and Cyclin E(P <0.05),and there was a positive correlation between NIBP and Cyclin E expression R = 0.23,P <0.05).Conclusions:(1)NIBP,Cyclin E and Cyclin D1 are highly expressed in colon cancer,and the three may be involved in the development of colon cancer.(2)The high expression of NIBP,Cyclin E and Cyclin D1 in colon cancer can promote the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.The deeper the depth of the infiltration,the greater the likelihood of lymph nodes and distant metastases.(3)NIBP may promote the high expression of Cyclin E and Cyclin D1 and lead to abnormal cell cycle regulation,the three may be involved in the development of colon cancer. |
