| Objective:Using the analysis method of association rules mining and analysis of myasthenia gravis herbal medicine characteristics and rules of drug compatibility,pioneering ideas,provide a reference for guiding clinical medication.Methods:Collected into the standards used in the literature of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of myasthenia gravis which published in 1991-2016,prescriptions within the selection standard for prescription as data sets,using the data mining software SPSS Clementine 12.0 to association rules analysis of drug use association rules Apriori algorithm to establish data model,the minimum support degree is set to 9.0%,the minimum confidence level of 95%,at the same time of drug compatibility combination use of Web nodes to display.Results:After filtered,conforms to the standard treatment of myasthenia gravis,a total of 98 references,with 138 prescriptions and drugs used in 153,the total frequency of 1603 times,the use of frequency in 10 times more drugs with a total of 36,a total of 1225 times,76.42% of the total frequency treatment for myasthenia gravis.Tonic medicine use frequency is highest in drug classification and statistics,in 890,accounting for 55.52% of the total frequency,second major: nourish the medicine,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs,the water moisture penetration,astringent medicine,facilitating medicine,clear heat,liver out in the wind,temperature,antirheumatic.Received 348 eligible drug association rules,including astragalus association rules,most of 254.Conclusion:Main drugs tonic medicine for the treatment of myasthenia gravis,often should be used,its and nourish the medicine,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs,the water moisture penetration,astringent medicine compatibility is common.Radix astragali is the main drug for the treatment of myasthenia gravis.Through the use of association rules analysis,can dig out the hidden law of compatibility of Chinese medicine prescriptions database,which provides the theoretical basis to guide the clinical medication. |
