Based On The Meta Analysis Of Jianpi Jiedu Method System Evaluation For The Treatment Of Precancerous Lesions Of Gastric Cancer

Background:As an objective,scientific and rigorous research method,the evaluation system is an important mean of researching,evaluating and using evidence for evidence-based medicine.It has been accepted by a large number of outstanding academic journals and international research institutions[1].Based on the development of systematic evaluation,the system is conducive to clinical medical staff to find more effective treatment of diseases,treatment methods and methods of TCM.Presently,it can be used as one of the methods to guide the breakthrough of scientific research project management.Objective:To assess the effectiveness of Jianpi and Jiedu method on precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.So it can better guide the drug using.Method: We searched for the literatures published in domestic and foreign journals from January 1997 to January 2017 on the treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis with method of Jianpi and Jiedu.In accordance with the strict inclusion and exclusion criteria of screening literature,we selected Chinese test group to Jianpi and Jiedu principle,with Weifuchun treatment as control group were included in the study.And used bias risk tool for evaluation of science,strict quality evaluation methods of literature.We used Review Manager 5.3 software provided by the Cochrane collaboration for Meta analysis,and analyzed the improvement of TCM spleen detoxification method in clinical symptoms in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions,endoscopic changes,gastric mucosa pathological improvement and improve HP eradication rate and so on,for heterogeneity test,forest mapping and publication bias.Results: 1.This study included 21 articles,involving 1804 patients;2.Bias risk assessment:Moderate risk;3.The results of meta analysis:The therapy of Jianpi and Jiedu in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions of the clinical efficacy,endoscopy and pathology to improve the eradication rate of HP and other aspects have more advantages than Weifuchun;4.Checking the literatures,we find the funnel plots showing asymmetric distribution.It indicates the presence of publication bias.Conclusion:TCM spleen detoxification method of atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions in the improvement of gastric mucosal lesions and improve the eradication rate of HP has a significant advantage compared with Weifuchun.But it affected reliability of the results considering the low quality of methodology and the publication bias.In the future,we need to carry out a large sample,high-quality clinical research to provide convincing evidence-based medical theory basis for the development of TCM.
