| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel for patientes with infertility due to luteal phase defect and to further explain the mechanism of moxibustion on the navel in the treatment of luteal phase,this study takes LPD patients as the research object,treated with herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel and oral placebo mimetics and moxibustion mimetics on the navel and oral clomiphene,taking Basal Body Temperature and Endocrine hormone as the main outcome measures to explore the clinical effect of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel for patientes with infertility due to luteal phase defect.Methods: 42 LPD patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group randomly,separately treated with herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel and Clomiphene citrate for oral.Comparing and analysing the BBT and Endocrine hormone of the patients of two groups before and after treatment,statistical significance was further explored.Results: After treatment,the BBT of the control group in the first menstrual cycle was better than that in the test group.since the second menstrual cycle the test group became better,Days of high temperature improved and has significant difference between the HPS score groups.Third of the menstrual cycle and the Follow-up period in test group,The increasing of HPS score and high temperature was better than the control group.The results showed that the continuous effect of the test group was better than that of the control group.Two groups of luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)were improved.But there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: The herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel can both improve the Days of high temperature,the HPS score.Regulation the endocrine hormone levels,improve ovarian reserve function,promote ovulation... |
