The Clinical Research Of Herb-partitioned Moxibustion On The Navel In The Treatment Of Adenomyosis Patients

Objective:The clinical trials took adenomyosis patients as research object and used the method of the herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel and the flour-partitioned moxibustion to observe the clinical effect.This study evaluated the differences between the two groups,in the mean time explored the mechanism of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel,and provided clinical basis for the promotion of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel in the treatment of adenomyosis patients.Methods:43 adenomyosis patients were randomly assigned to treatment group(herb-partitioned moxibustion)and control group(flour-partitioned moxibustion).There was 21 cases in the treatment group and 23 cases in the control group.One patient in the treatment group fell off and two patients fell off in the control group.Different dysmenorrhea syndrome score and the variation of CA125 level were observed before and after treatment,comparing the differences of clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:(1)Analysis from the perspective of dysmenorrhea syndrome score: Within the group comparison,both two groups can reduce dysmenorrhea symptom score,before and after treatment there were significant differences(P<0.01),especially on aspects as follows: abdominal pain、loss of appetite、back(lumbosacral)pain、leg pain(P<0.01).The treatment group clinical effcet was better than the control group,especially on aspects as follows:abdominal pain、vomit、loss of appetite(P<0.01).There were significant differences between the two groups on aspects as follows:leg pain、dizziness(P<0.05).(2)Analysis from the perspective of CA125 level: Within the group comparison,the treatment group can reduce CA125 level,there was significant differences between before and after treatment(P<0.01).The control group can not reduce CA125 level,there was no differences between before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel and flour-partitioned moxibustion both can cure of the adenomyosis,and the clinical curative effect of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel was superior to flour-partitioned moxibustion.(2)Herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel method can reduce CA125 level,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.
