Correlation Research Between Ovarian Luteal Phase Defect Chinese Medicine Syndrome Type And Basal Body Temperature

Objective:â‘ analyze basal body temperature (BBT) curve distribution of different syndromes luteal insufficiency (LPD) patients;â‘¡analyze the correlation of BBT and serum sex hormone indexes of LPD patients with different syndromes;â‘¢observe BBT changes of 30 cases of LPD patients with kidney liver depression treatment of kidney liver before and after application of invigorating kidney-and clearing liver. It can provide scientific basis for treating LPD according to clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods:Find out the relationship between basal body temperature curve changes and LPD syndromes, the relationship between different LPD types and sex hormones by observing basal body temperature curves and the sex hormone indexes of 100 cases of LPD patients with different syndromes. It also summarize the corresponding syndromes of LPD. For further exploring clinical experience of luteal function inadequate with traditional Chinese medicine, observe clinical symptoms, hormone levels and BBT improvements of 30 cases of liver depression and kidney deficiency type LPD patients before and after treatment with the kidney Traditional methods.Results:â‘ In 100 cases of LPD patients,36% for insufficiency of kidney yang, liver Qi stagnation, BBT types are up toâ… -type; 22% for less than for the kidney yin, heart stagnation fire type, BBT types are up toâ…£-type; 23% for the spleen and kidney deficiency type, BBT types are up toâ…¡-type,19% for the Qi stagnation type, BBT types are up toâ…¢-type. Among them, the kidney shortage of liver Qi stagnation is the most important LPD syndrome, BBT type at most is I-type.â‘¡Classification by basal body temperature, BBT I-type, high estrogen levels and low progesterone; II-type, low estrogen and high progesterone. Classification by LPD syndrome, kidney patients less than liver Qi stagnation have higher estrogen and prolactin, and spleen and kidney deficiency patients have the lowest estrogen and higher progesterone.
