Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of Qi and blood deficiency type chronic urticaria patients, and to provide a new clinical idea and treatment for the treatment of chronic urticaria.Method:60 patients with Qi and blood deficiency typechronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group(30 cases). The treatment group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with heat sensitive moxibustion, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. The study period were 4 weeks. The difference of clinical curative effect between the two groups was observed from the clinical classification of symptoms and signs, the quality of life score, the comprehensive effect score and the recurrence rate.Result:1.Compared with the control group, the quality of life score(DLQI)of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).2.The clinical symptom score and total score of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05).3.Clinical comprehensive evaluation: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%;the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%;the two groups of the efficacy of P <0.05,with significant differences in the treatment group than the control group.4.The recurrence rate was 6.67% in the treatment group and 16.67% in the control group;P <0.05,there was significant difference, the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with chronic urticaria grading score, quality of life score, reduce the recurrence rate.2.Acupuncture combined with heat moxibustion treatment of chronic urticaria has a high cure rate, significant effect, the recurrence rate is low,for chronic urticaria provides an effective treatment.
