| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the meridian flow method combined with heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis of spleen stomach deficiency cold type,so as to provide a new idea for clinical treatment.Methods:According to the theory of "harmony between man and nature,syndrome differentiation and treatment" in traditional Chinese medicine,starting from the pathogenesis of chronic superficial gastritis,66 patients with chronic superficial gastritis of spleen stomach deficiency cold type were selected to meet the inclusion criteria of the trial.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into the experimental group(meridian flow injection method combined with heat sensitive moxibustion)and the control group(routine acupuncture),with 33 cases in each group,And omeprazole was taken as the basic treatment scheme for combined treatment.Once a day,5 days as a course of treatment,with an interval of 2 days for each course of treatment,a total of four courses.Before and after treatment,the TCM symptom score,endoscopic gastric mucosal lesion grade,HP infection grade and SF-36 quality of life health survey scale score of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the clinical efficacy differences between the two groups were compared.Result:1.After treatment,the TCM symptoms and signs of the two groups were significantly improved,and the total score of TCM symptoms decreased,and the test group of meridian flow Nazi method combined with thermal moxibustion was significantly better than the conventional acupuncture control group,with significant statistical difference(p<0.05);2.After treatment,the pathological degree of gastric mucosa under endoscopy in the two groups was significantly improved,and the grading of pathological degree of gastric mucosa was decreased,and the experimental group of meridian flow Nazi method combined with thermal moxibustion was significantly better than the conventional acupuncture control group,with significant statistical difference(p<0.05);3.After treatment,the degree of HP infection in the two groups was significantly improved,and the grade of HP infection was decreased,and the test group of meridian flow Nazi method combined with heat sensitive moxibustion was significantly better than the conventional acupuncture control group,with significant statistical difference(p<0.05);4.After treatment,the quality of life and health status of the two groups were significantly improved,and the scores of SF-36 quality of life and health survey scale were all increased,and the test group of midnight noon flow and Nazi method combined with heat sensitive moxibustion was significantly better than the conventional acupuncture control group,with significant statistical difference(p<0.05);5.Evaluation of the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment:the effective rate of the test group was 90.32% and that of the control group was 77.42%(p<0.05),suggesting that the clinical efficacy of the method of meridian flow and Nazi combined with heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis of spleen stomach deficiency cold type is better than that of conventional acupuncture,and the effect is more significant.Conclusion:1.The midnight noon ebb flow method combined with heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis of spleen stomach deficiency cold type can effectively alleviate the symptoms of anorexia,epigastric discomfort,indigestion and other symptoms,and can reduce the pain of patients.2.The meridian flow method combined with heat sensitive moxibustion has a significant clinical effect on chronic superficial gastritis of spleen stomach deficiency cold type.It can promote the recovery of damaged gastric mucosa,improve the degree of HP infection,and improve the quality of life and health status of patients.It is suitable for clinical application. |
