[Purpose]Based on the online internet medical service, this study investigated and analyzed the medication compliance of hypertensive patients in the sample area of Hubei Province and the utilization of the online health information platform.Through the construction of structural equation models, the utilization of the online health information platform was discussed in depth. The multi-dimensional influence relationship on the medication compliance of hypertension patients,so as to provide a theoretical basis for formulating targeted hypertension disease intervention strategies.[Methods]Through literature analysis, questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview method, data collection was conducted on the demographic characteristics, medication compliance and use of online health information services of hypertension patients. Then, according to the data results,SPSS18.0 and Epidata were used for data entry and sorting and conducting a single factor analysis on the relationship between the demographic characteristics and medication compliance of hypertensive patients;Amos 21.0 was used to construct the structural equation model, and the maximum likelihood method was used to perform path fitting and verification analysis on the influence of the characteristics of the online health information service on the medication compliance of hypertensive patients. Finally, according to the results displayed by the structural equation model and the existing policy literature, recommendations for intervention strategies for medication compliance of hypertensive patients based on online health information platform services are proposed.[Results](1)In this study,a total of 349 effective patients with hypertension were investigated, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire met the statistical requirements(Kronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.881;KMO statistic was 0.812).Studies on demographic characteristics of medication compliance in patients with hypertension found that the medication compliance score of patients with education level above college is significantly higher than that of college graduates(2.55 ± 0.21 vs.1.78 ± 0.35,p <0.01);the medication compliance score of patients with monthly income above 4000 yuan is significantly higher than below this income Level patients(2.45 ± 0.19 vs.1.83 ± 0.33,p <0.01);in-service patients’ medication compliance score was significantly higher than non-in-service patients(2.32 ± 0.26 vs.2.01 ± 0.30,p <0.05).(2)The fitting results of the structural equation model show that the RMSEA value is 0.048;the χ2 / df value is 2.178;the CFI value is 0.934;the PGFI value is 0.567,and the model fits well.In the model, the effect values of the practicability, communication and trustworthiness of online health information services on medication compliance of hypertensive patients were 0.767,0.689 and 0.701,respectively,all of which had a positive effect and had statistical significance(p <0.01).(3)Pairwise analysis of the three characteristics of online health information services, the effect value of its practicality on its spread is 0.588;the effect value of its trust degree is 0.523;the effect value of its trust degree on its spread 0.671,all had a positive effect and had statistical significance(p <0.01),the other corresponding relationships were not statistically significant.[Conclusions](1)The medication compliance of hypertensive patients will be affected by factors such as the education level, occupational status, and income level of the patients, but there is no significant difference in the effects of age, gender, marital status and other factors. Therefore, when formulating strategies related to medication compliance of hypertensive patients, more attention should be paid to vulnerable groups with low education levels, unemployment,or unemployed and low income, policy support for employment and entrepreneurship expansion, and the income level of vulnerable groups may be increased. It has a certain positive effect on improving the medication compliance of this group of hypertensive people.(2)The practicality, dissemination and trust of patients in online health information services can significantly promote the improvement of medication compliance in patients with hypertension. Therefore, the publicity and popularity of online health information services should be further strengthened, and the introduction of bank management policies to encourage relevant platforms to improve the effectiveness and authority of health information services, broaden the scope of users, increase user stickiness, and guide online health information service platforms to promote high Blood pressure patients play a more active and greater role in medication compliance.(3)The practical level of online health information services can effectively improve users’ trust and desire to spread. Therefore, online health information service platforms should pay attention to improving the practicality and effectiveness of their information services,so as to promote patient trust and use of such services,to achieve practical → trust → spread positive feedback, improve the overall medication compliance and self-health management of patients with hypertension.
