| 1 Objective Methods Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the cases of advanced esophageal cancer in Anhui Provincial Hospital in recent years.Summarize and analyze the curative effect of treatment of patients,quality of life,economic indicators and progression free survival,and analyze the influencing factors of patients with progression free survival by univariate analysis,improve the data for further clinical practice.2 Methods By the method of Meta analysis in recent years,traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with western medicine and chemotherapy treatment of advanced esophageal cancer literature meta-analysis;collected 2009-2016 in Anhui Provincial Hospital from TCM oncology with Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer chemotherapy patients,and statistics and summarizes their efficacy,quality of life and cost etc.the clinical data,using various factors of Log-rank progression free survival of patients were analyzed by single factor analysis.3 Results The total effective rate of 35 patients with advanced esophageal cancer in our department was about 14.3%,and the clinical benefit rate was about 68.6%.The quality of life improvement rate was 28.6%,the stable rate of overall quality of life(improvement + stable)80%;all patients have the ratio of cost-effectiveness efficiency was 312.57,the overall median progression free survival was 6 ± 0.53 months.4 Conclusion 1 Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer chemotherapy compared with simple western medicine did not significantly improve clinical efficiency,but achieved a significant clinical benefit rate.2 after the impact of the disease in patients with advanced esophageal cancer in our department in progression free survival(PFS)of various factors by stratified analysis,we found that early stage of surgery,TNM staging,visceral metastasis is effect in patients with PFS positive factors,with statistical significance.3 The quality of life of patients with chemotherapy plus Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine is better than pure western medicine chemotherapy group,the majority of patients during chemotherapy on quality of life is relatively stable,there is no obvious loss;adverse reaction of chemotherapy was significantly reduced.4 The use of traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine chemotherapy did not increase the cost of patients,compared with pure western medicine chemotherapy has more economic advantages,reduce the economic burden of the patients. |
