Objective: To review the clinical data of patients with bedsore toxin accumulation and decay syndrome treated in the vascular ulcer surgery ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine from 2017 to 2022,and to study and analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on bedsore toxin accumulation and decay syndrome.Methods: The data of bedsore patients treated in the vascular ulcer surgery ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine from 2017 to 2022 were collected.The inclusion criteria were the pressure injury of stage 3,4 and unclear stage in the clinical guidelines of Western medicine.The TCM diagnosis was bedsore toxin accumulation and corruption syndrome.The age,gender,basic diseases,wound area,exudation degree wound tissue type and wound healing degree after 2 weeks of treatment to make push score scale,and calculate the proportion of patients in remission.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for t-test analysis.According to the research results,the treatment methods and treatment effects of bedsore were discussed.The basic treatment includes blood pressure control,blood glucose control,daily dressing change,regular turning over,Youjie isolation and air cushion bed pressure dispersion;Internal treatment methods include decoction treatment,Shenqi Fuzheng injection,anemia improvement,hypoproteinemia improvement,antibiotic treatment,calf serum deproteinization injection and sodium deoxynucleotide injection;External treatment methods include debridement,external application of Yixiao ointment,elephant skin powder,red light,negative pressure sealing drainage and surgical treatment.Results: There were 60 cases of drug accumulation and corruption syndrome,most of them were elderly patients,the incidence was not gender related,and may be accompanied by a variety of basic diseases.Among them,4 cases were cured,40 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective.The effective rate was 98.3%.No Aggravating patients.There was significant difference in push score before and after treatment(P ≤ 0.05),and the overall wound condition of the patients was greatly improved;There was significant difference in the score of wound area before and after treatment(P ≤0.05),and the wound area of patients decreased;There was significant difference in the score of wound exudation before and after treatment(P ≤ 0.05),and the wound exudation decreased;There was significant difference in the score of wound tissue type before and after treatment(P ≤ 0.05),and the wound tissue type improved significantly.Conclusion:1.Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can significantly reduce the push score of patients and improve the clinical symptoms such as wound size,exudation,depth and pain.2.Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the blood circulation of patients and effectively control infection.
