Objective: To understand the Xinjiang hospital for lung cancer patients directly disease economic burden and indirect economic burden of disease status,influence factors and development trend,one hand pay more attention to lung disease,strengthen the disease prevention,on the other hand,provide the basis for health decision-making.Methods:(1)The descriptive statistical analysis of 200 questionnaires in patients with direct disease economic burden,single factor linear regression analysis of the influencing factors of the direct medical burden of the influence factors on the direct economic burden of disease were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis;calculate the indirect economic burden of disease on the basis of human capital method and DALY phase.(2)Using T test or rank sum test and analyzing the difference between the 6640 lung cancer patients with direct medical burden;predicted by the development of time series model and grey model for the future trend of total economic burden of disease of lung cancer.Results:(1)In patients with lung cancer in elderly male population.(2)The direct economic burden of disease: 200 lung cancer patients with direct economic burden per capita in about66989.74-89318.99 yuan,after multiple linear regression analysis of hospitalization days on the direct economic burden of the most significant(P<0.05).The direct economic burden of diseases including direct burden of medical and non medical burden,direct medical burden for medicine and diagnosis,medicine in the west medicine,western medicine cost decreased,and the traditional Chinese medicine costs rise.Different ethnic groups and operative and non operative patients,lung cancer patients of different ages and different types of outcome between patients with lung cancer burden differences were statistically significant(P = 0.05).The middle-aged people per capita direct medical burden is the heaviest,the elderly population is 59441.58 yuan,the per capita directmedical cost was 51589.69 yuan,rural per capita medical burden is the heaviest,reached63611.02 yuan,urban residents of up to 57698.10 yuan,while the hospitalization time is longer,more people are direct medical burden by linear regression analysis of gender,age,occupation,medical insurance,hospitalization days all have significant influence on the direct medical burden(p<0.05);non medical care cost burden in the largest proportion,transportation costs increased year by year,the annual direct medical burden in more than ten thousand yuan.(3)Indirect economic burden of disease: the most serious economic burden of lung cancer in patients aged between 15 and 44,the average economic burden of the disease is up to $324246 per person,and the longer the length of hospital stay,the heavier the indirect economic burden.(4)Trend: the total medical burden of patients with lung cancer showed a slow upward trend through time series and grey model.Conclusion:Patients with lung disease in Xinjiang heavy economic burden and rising trend,to alleviate the lung disease of the people live also must regulate the lung cancer disease treatment,strengthening hospital management system,the reasonable control of hospitalization time,but also speed up the medical insurance system reform,promote fairness,improve the medical care system,truly "precise poverty,reduce the economic burden of disease in patients with lung cancer as much as possible,but also need the aging population and the economic burden of disease remission of lung cancer combined,strengthen the long-term monitoring of lung cancer,to explore the pathogenesis of lung cancer patients,reduce the economic burden of disease fundamentally.
