Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction combined with TP regimen and TP alone on the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,and to explore the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction.Methods:Collected from January 2016 in January 2017 in Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital and Harbin Medical University Affiliated Cancer Hospital of primary non-small cell lung cancer 60 cases patients were observed.Meet the inclusion criteria,and Chinese medicine diagnosis for pulmonary and spleen qi deficiency type.The control group and the treatment group each had 30 cases.All patients were treated with conventional chemotherapy,if there were side effects to take targeted measures for treatment.Treatment group in addition to receiving chemotherapy,they also need to take LiuJunzi decoction.Dosing time from one day before chemotherapy to one week after stopping chemotherapy.The pathologic types of patients were recorded,and TNM international staging,KPS score and TCM syndrome were evaluated before treatment.After the end of treatment to observe the efficacy of KPS score and TCM syndrome evaluation again.Results:1.In terms of the index of the TCM syndrome,the treatment group was superior to the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.In the improvement of KPS score,the treatment group was superior to the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.In the stable tumor size,the two groups of patients after treatment without CR cases,both the treatment group and the control group were 6.7%effective rate,the treatment group stability rate was higher than that of the control group(83.33%V.S 76.67%)with P>0.05,but the treatment group had a slight advantage in stabilizing the tumor.4.In reducing the level of tumor markers CEA,CY211,there was no significant difference in the two groups(P>0.05),but the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.5.In terms of adverse reactions,the two groups were no obvious toxic side effects.Conclusion:1.LiuJunzi decoction combined with TP program can reduce the non-small cell lung cancer patients with TCM syndrome points,improve the KPS score,improve the quality of life;2.LiuJunzi decoction combined with TP program can stabilize the tumor size;3.LiuJunzi decoction combined with TP program can reduce the levels of CEA and CY211 in tumor markers.4.LiuJunzi decoction combined with TP program adverse reactions were mild,safe and reliable.
