Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sangxing Suqin Decoction and Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of children with post-infection cough,lung-spleen-qi deficiency syndrome and changes in related indicators,so as to provide a basis for further research and clinical promotion of the application of this prescription in the treatment of children with cough.Methods:A total of 94 children who met the research criteria were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 47 cases each.The treatment group was given oral Sangxing Suqin Decoction and Liujunzi Decoction,and the control group was given Shensu Lifei Pills.The course of treatment was 1 week.The two groups of children were treated with TCM syndrome scores and visual analogue scale for cough symptoms(VAS)before and after treatment As well as the observation of adverse reactions,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of drugs was evaluated and analyzed through the efficacy evaluation criteria.Follow-up 2 weeks after the end of comprehensive treatment,collect and organize data,compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups,and use SPSS25.0 for statistical analysis.Results:(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of children in gender,age,disease course distribution,TCM syndrome total score,TCM main symptom score,TCM secondary symptom score,and cough symptom VAS score(P>0.05),Comparable;(2)After 1 week of treatment:the clinical symptoms of the two groups of children were improved compared with before the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and the VAS scores of cough symptoms in the two groups were reduced,and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01);(3)Comparison of comprehensive clinical efficacy between the two groups:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.45%,and the total effective rate of the control group was86.36%.The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)Safety:two groups of drugs During the treatment and follow-up after treatment,no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:(1)Sangxing Suqin Decoction and Liujunzi Decoction have a definite curative effect in treating children with post-infection cough,lung and spleen deficiency syndrome.It is better than Shensu Lifei in improving the scores of primary symptoms,scores of secondary symptoms,the efficacy of TCM syndromes and the VAS score of cough symptoms.Pills can significantly alleviate the symptoms of children with cough,sputum,dry throat,itchy throat,fatigue and fatigue;(2)The children have no physical discomfort during the treatment,and the clinical observation is safe,and it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
