Clinical Observation Of Jiang Gui Yi Ying Soup Treatment Of Hashimoto Subclinical Hypo Thyroidism And Its Effect On MCP-1

Obiective:Application of Jiang Gui Yi Ying soup in the treatment of Hashimoto subclinical hypothyroidism,to evaluate the clinical curative effect and to observe the changes of TCM syndrome score,FT3,FT4,TSH,MCP-1 and other related indexes before and after treatment in both groups,to explore the possible mechanism of Jiang Gui Yi Ying soup in the treatment of Hashimoto’s subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods:60 patients with Hashimoto subclinical hypothyroid spleen deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and non-treatment group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group took warm Jiang Gui Yi Ying soup,150ml,twice a day,and 30 minutes after meals.Non-treatment group,review regularly according to the experimental plan.Clinical observation period of 4 weeks,the levels of serum thyroid function(FT3,FT4,TSH),cytokine MCP-1,TCM syndromes were measured before and after treatment,and all the data were analyzed statistically,and the comprehensive clinical evaluation was obtained.Results:1.The TSH value of the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(p<0.01),the TSH value of the untreated group was significantly higher than that before treatment(p<0.01),there was significant difference in TSH between the two groups(p<0.01),there was no significant difference in FT3 and FT4 levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).2.The level of MCP-1 in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(p<0.01),the level of MCP-1 in the non-treated group was significantly higher than that before treatment(p<0.05),there was a significant difference in MCP-1 levels between the two groups(p<0.01).3.There was no significant difference in the scores of individual symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),treatment group,after treatment,aversion to cold,Yao Xi Suan Ruan,neck swelling,edema,fatigue,fatigue,loose stools syndrome score significantly lower than before treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.01),bloating,loss of libido,dizziness,irregular menstruation symptoms than before treatment to reduce the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),non-treatment group,after treatment Yao Xi Suan Ruan,neck swelling,dizziness symptoms increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),other symptoms were no significant changes in the points,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),there were significant differences in the individual symptom scores between the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score was significantly reduced,the total effective rate was 93.33%,treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome was significantly better than non-treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Jiang Gui Yi Ying soup can reduce serum TSH levels in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.2.Jiang Gui Yi Ying soup can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.3.Jiang Gui Yi Ying soup may be by reducing the expression of cytokine MCP-1 in serum,reduce the autoimmune response of the disease,and achieve the effect of reducing the level of TSH.
