A Clinical Study On The Therapy Of Warming The Kidney And Strengthening The Spleen In The Treatment Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis With Hypothyroidism Due To Yang Deficiency Of The Spleen And Kidney

Objective:The changes of symptoms,signs,and laboratory indexes such as thyroid horm one level and thyroid autoimmune antibody of patients with spleen-kidney yang def iciency Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with hypothyroidism were observed before and afte r treatment.To explore the mechanism of TCM on Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with hyp othyroidism of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type.Provide more targeted guidanc e for clinical treatment,and provide ideas and methods for the treatment of this dis ease.Methods:Sixty patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with hypothyroidism were selected and randomly assigned to treatment group and contr of group.On the basis of health education,the treatment group was treated with TC M formula granule combined with Euthyrox;the control group was treated with Eut hyrox.After 12 weeks of clinical treatment,TCM syndrome score,TSH,FT4,FT3,TgAb,TPOAb and other data of all patients were collected for statistical analysis.Results:1.the effect on TCM syndrome:after treatment,the TCM syndrome score betw een the two groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compare the two groups,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference is significant(P<0.01).The former was bett er than the latter in relieving fatigue,chills,soreness,weakness of waist and knees,abdominal distension,and frequent urination at night.The TCM syndrome effectiv e rate of the treatment group was 92.86%,and the TCM syndrome effective rate of the control group was 71.42%,and the difference between the groups was statistica lly significant(P<0.05).2.the effect on thyroid hormone level:after treatment,the level of FT4,FT3 a nd TSH between the two groups were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).3.the effect on TgAb and TPOAb:after treatment,TgAb and TPOAb in the tre atment group were significantly lower than those before,with statistically significa nt differences(P<0.01),and the difference of the control group was lower than bef ore(P<0.05).Compare the two groups,the treatment group was better than the contr ol group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).In general,the treatment group was better than the co ntrol group.4.safety indicator:during the observation period,there were no obvious advers e reaction and side effects.Conclusion:The method of warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen was used to tre at Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with hypothyroidism of spleen-kidney yang deficiency.I t can improve the thyroid function and reduce TCM syndrome score,and improve t he clinical efficacy,and enhance the quality of life of patients.The results indicate d that warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen method is safe and effective.
