Research On The Model Of "Combination Of Medical And Health" In The Perspective Of Demand

With the aging of our rural population and the degree of aging has been deepened,the number of disabled disabled students increased,special care and demand for medical services increased.Urban migration of rural youth labor force,family pension function continues to weaken,the old age pension problem has become an important social problem.To solve the problem of rural old-age pension,since 2008,Handan began to explore the rural medical support combined with the pension model,and initial results.The two most representative forms of rural medical support in Handan are: First,Guangping County Liu Guifang love nursing homes,which is characterized in that the governmental support,relying on the construction of hospital nursing homes;Second,Feixiang County Center for nursing homes,which is characterized by the public construction of public health care institutions located in the designated hospitals.These two kinds of medical support combined with form helps to solve the rural elderly,especially the elderly,disabled elderly pension problem half loss,but the study found that ordinary old bed occupancy rate is not high,the vacancy rate is serious,with Liu Guifang as the representative of the private love nursing home medical raising combined with the pension institutions in rural areas the development of difficulties.Based on the questionnaire survey and interview of rural elderly in rural and rural areas of Guangping County,the regression analysis method was used to analyze the relationship between family income,family number of children,concept and cognition,The empirical research on the influencing factors of the demand for the old-age service.The results show that the household income and the number of children in the rural areas have a significant effect on whether the rural elderly have chosen "health care combined" pension institutions.Through the analysis of the reasons of the lack of effective demand for the old-age model of "rural health care",the author puts forward some suggestions on how to develop the rural "medical combination" pension model.In this paper,the Keynesian effective demand theory in the lack of consumption as a study of rural "health care" pension agencies effective demand for the theoretical basis.Thispaper consists of four parts: In the first part,through the investigation of Guangping County Liu Guifang love geracomiums and center of Feixiang County nursing home found that although rural private medical raising combined with the pension institutions with better facilities to meet the needs of the elderly,but the occupancy rate is low,the lack of effective demand.In the second part,according to the analysis of "combination" of rural pension institutions stay the reason for the low rate of medical support,assuming low occupancy rates are the main reasons behind the concept,the elderly pension family income level is low,do not understand the medical raising combined with the pension model,the level of pension agency fees are high,the number of children.In the third part,through the investigation of the willingness of the elderly in the rural areas of Handan City,the results of the study show that the elderly adopt the "medical union" pension model by the family income level,The number of children,the concept of old-age,government propaganda and other factors have a significant impact.And validated the reasons for the lack of effective demand for the model.In the fourth part,the demand perspective to develop rural "health care" pension policy development policy recommendations,mainly to change the concept of old age,increase the elderly family income,expand the funding sources to improve the subsidy standards,strengthen the "health care combined" pension model So as to solve the rural "health care" pension model development process of effective demand for the problem.
