Effect Of Quma Zhitong Recipe On Sensory Disorder Of Multiple Neuritis Of Spleen Deficiency,Wind,Cold And Dampness Type

Objective:This study analyzes the clinical effect and safety of the patients with sensory disorders of polyneuritis diagnosed as spleen deficiency,wind-cold and dampness,so as to expand the choice of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sensory disorders of polyneuritis.Methods:Ninety patients who met the inclusion criteria of sensory disorders in multiple neuritis were selected from the Outpatient Department of Encephalopathy No.1 and the Ward of Encephalopathy No.1 of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to November 2022.They were divided into treatment and control groups by random number table,with 45 patients in each group.The control group took orally mecobalamin tablets+vitamin B1,and the treatment group added the Quma Zhitong prescription on the basis of taking orally mecobalamin tablets+vitamin B1.The treatment time of the two groups was 4 weeks as a course of treatment,and the treatment time was a total of2 courses.Before and after the second course of treatment,the TCM syndrome integral evaluation,sensory impairment integral evaluation,VAS score and nerve conduction velocity measurement were performed respectively,Finally,statistical methods were used to process the data to complete the efficacy evaluation.Results:(1)Total effective rate: after the treatment course of the two groups of patients,the statistics showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.02%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 54.76%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)After treatment,the comparison between the two groups showed that there were significant effects in the four aspects of TCM syndrome score,sensory impairment evaluation score,VAS visual model score and nerve conduction velocity(P<0.01),and the comparison between the two groups was better than the control group(P<0.01).(3)Through the observation of this clinical trial,it was found that the safety indicators of patients before and after treatment were within the normal range,and no adverse reactions occurred during and after treatment.Conclusions:(1)The combination of Quma Zhitong Formula and basic treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of numbness,pain,and other symptoms in patients with sensory disorders of multiple neuritis due to spleen deficiency,wind cold and dampness.(2)Quma Zhitong Recipe combined with basic treatment can reduce the TCM syndrome score,sensory impairment assessment score and VAS score of patients,and improve nerve conduction velocity.
