| Breast abenign nodules are common female breast diseases,such as fibroma nodules.Radiofrequency ablation under the guidance of ultrasound is one of the main methods for the treatment of such diseases by clinical doctor.This study uses E ultrasound imaging technology assessting breast benign nodules after radiofrequency ablation absorption of the oven,and analyzes the impact of various factors on the melt stove absorption,so as to provide more fine treatments information for clinical doctors.Research purpose1.To investigate the ultrasound guided radiofrequency ablation on the effectiveness of the treatment of breast benign nodules.2.To investigate the ultrasound imaging evaluation E breast benign nodules radiofrequency ablation postoperative absorption effect of the feasibility of the oven.3.To investigate the different clinical factors and the correlation of mammary gland radiofrequency ablation focal absorption following surgery.The research methodsReview since September 2015 in our hospital ultrasound breast radiofrequency ablation for 38 patients,a total of 99 benign nodules.Separately for each nodule with preoperative and postoperative monthly follow-up observations,for 12 months.In conventional ultrasonic mode,measuring record volume,and calculate the volume rate(compared with the preoperative);In the ultrasonic measurement record elastic Ratio thewire E imaging mode.Preoperative nodules on average 1.67±1.56 ml volume,according to the stages of breast physiology,the patients in sexual maturity stage(18 to 45 years old)of 62 nodules,menopause(45~52)nodules 24,in 13 patients with menopause(after age 52).Based on nodal position quadrant,quadrant goes up outside in the nodule 24,19,is located in the outer quadrant of the nodules located inside the quadrant nodules 38,28 in quadrant of the nodules.According to the nodule size,nodal length to diameter<1 cm,40 cm nodular length to diameter<3 cm 59 MEDALS.Respectively compared:(1)preoperative and postoperative focal ablation volume and postoperative focal ablation volume changes in the rate of decrease(2)the change of the preoperative and postoperative thewire elastic Ratio,and the change of elastic thewire Ratio and the correlation between the focal ablation volume change(3)focal ablation volume rate and nodule size,the relationship between the stages of breast physiology,quadrant.Analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software,numerical to mean standard ±deviation,said the use of repeated measures analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis and independent sample t-test statistical methods such as statistical computing.The results of the study:1,the change between the preoperative and postoperative focal ablation volume,small focal ablation volume rate change between comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 and the Ratio between the preoperative and postoperative elasticity thewire change comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Elastic thewire postoperative focal ablation volume change with the change of the Ratio of correlation(P<0.05).3,melting focal shrinkage rate and the correlation between size of nodules(P<0.05),and the stage of mammary gland physiology and breast,there is no correlation between quadrant location(P>0.05).Length to diameter<1 cm and 1 cm<length to diameter<3 cm between the nodules,compare the postoperative focal ablation volume rate difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After August 4,postoperative,focal ablation volume smaller focal ablation rate(compared with the preoperative)and the change of elastic thewire Ratio decreased greatly.Conclusion:1,radiofrequency ablation under the guidance of ultrasound for the treatment of mammary gland fibroma is effective.2,ultrasound elastography can be used as breast after radiofrequency ablation focal absorption of evaluating the feasibility of the method.Ultrasound elasticity imaging proved with longer duration of follow-up,the elastic thewire Ratio rise first,after gradually reduce.3,nodule size is under the guidance of ultrasound mammary gland after radiofrequency ablation focal factors that influence the absorption effect of nodules concurrently absorbed faster.4,8 months after surgery can be used as evaluation of ultrasound guided rf effect of absorbing of postoperative mammary gland in a key. |
