Objective:To investigate the method of diagnosis for benign and malignant breast ultrasound elasticity imaging in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis value. Methods: Using ultrasound elasticity imaging technology from December2012to February2012in xinjiang medical university first affiliated hospital of mammary gland inspection check of75patients with breast lumps, ultrasound elasticity imaging results compared with the pathological results. Results:Study of75patients with breast tumor, benign tumor of46, malignant tumor for29cases, benign tumor elasticity score results:5divided into1case,4were divided into2cases,3were divided into11cases,2is divided into13cases,1was divided into19cases, malignant tumor elasticity score results:5is divided into16cases,4were divided into10cases,3were divided into3cases, elasticity imaging criteria the sensitivity of the diagnosis of breast cancer by about89.6%(26/29), specificity of93.5%(43/46), accuracy was92%(69/75), all aspects are higher than two-dimensional ultrasound ultrasound, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Elasticity imaging area ratio method to1.5to limit the specificity of the diagnosis of breast tumor was86.9%(40/46), the sensitivity was82.7%(24/29), accuracy was85.3%(64/75), mammary gland malignant tumors in elastic figure and2d figure in the area of comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and benign tumor in the elastic figure and2d figure area is no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:in diagnosis of breast lumps of benign and malignant lesions of ultrasound elastography technology in a certain extent, can improve the specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of breast tumor lesions and sensitivity, has higher application value and can be popularized in the mammary gland disease diagnosis.
