Curative Effect Observation Of Modified Phragmitis And Maxing Shigan Decoction In The Treatment Of Community Acquired Pneumonia With Syndrome Of Phlegm Heat Obstructing Lung

ObjectiveCommunity acquired pneumonia of the most common infectious diseases in Department of respiration.Its high incidence and high mortality seriously threaten human health,If the treatment is unseasonal,rapid changes in the disease may lead to a series of complications,even led to death.Anti infective is the most important treatment for community acquired pneumonia in the study of modern medicine.However,With the long-term or unreasonable application of antibiotics,bacterial resistance is increasing,the anti infection effect also decreased,these led to extend the hospital stay and increase the hospital costs.Therefore,how to treat community acquired pneumonia effectively has become a major problem in clinical practice.According to the etiology and clinical manifestations of community acquired pneumonia,Community-acquired pneumonia should belong to the traditional Chinese medicine," the air temperature Hyperactivity disease" category.In recent years,there are a lot of literature researchs show that integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of community acquired pneumonia has achieved impressive curative effect.On the basis of dialectical treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine prescription can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,which also reduces the irrational use of antibiotics and the occurrence of bacterial resistance.Therefore,It is of great importance to study the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.We should take full advantage of the characteristics of traditional Chinese Medicine and try to find out the best prescription.This article discusses the use of statistical methods evaluate the modified Phragmitis and Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment of Community acquired pneumonia with syndrome of phlegm heat obstructing lung for the total effect of disease,efficacy of symptom scores before and after treatment,pulmonary rales integration,white blood cell count,the Ratio of Neutrophil,procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and the number of days in hospital.With blood,procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and chest X-ray for the objective assessment indicators,We preliminary discuss clinical curative effect of modified Phragmitis and Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment of Community acquired pneumonia.In order to provide a more effective prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in community acquired pneumonia.MethodsThe 60 patients met the inclusion criteria in accordance with the principle of simple random grouping paths into treatment group and control group.Two groups were performed routine treatment:including anti infection,relieving asthma,resolving phlegm and relieving cough and symptomatic treatment,with basic medical treatment and refer to reference in 2016 Chinese Society of Respiratory Diseases Respiratory Diseases credits will be issued a"community-acquired pneumonia diagnosis and treatment guidelines," 10 days for a course of treatment.Treatment group adding modified Phragmitis and Maxing Shigan decoction at the basic of the normative west medicine.control group based on the doctor’s experience.bserve and record the two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,signs,laboratory indicators and chest X-ray changes,finally,evaluate the therapeutic effects of the two groups.ResultsThe total effect of the disease and efficacy of symptom scores:The results show the total effect of the disease has reached 100%efficiency in the two groups,treatment group has no significant difference in the control group.In efficacy of symptom,The effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,and the effective rate of the control group was 80%,treatment group was more effective with statistical analysis.Pulmonary rales integration:The results show pulmonary rales was significantly decreased or disappeared after treatment in two groups.But treatment group has no significant difference in the control group.Laboratory index:The results show white blood cell count,the Ratio of Neutrophil,procalcitonin,C-reactive protein were significantly decreased after treatment in two groups.treatment group was more effective with statistical analysis.The number of days in hospital:The results show.treatment group was more effective in hospitalization days with statistical analysis.ConclusionModified Phragmitis and Maxing Shigan decoction can improve the clinical curative effect of Community acquired pneumonia with syndrome of phlegm heat obstructing lung.It can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,decrease numerical value of white blood cell count,the Ratio of Neutrophil,procalcitonin,C-reactive protein,reduce inflammatory response and shorten the length of stay.
