BackgroundWith the continuous progress of the society,as well as the gradual deterioration of the living environment,eczema has become an increasingly serious impact on the quality of life in the Department of dermatology.Study on acupuncture treatment of eczema,as well as the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine theory,has absorbed the research results of modern eczema,embarked on the road of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,combined with the pathogenesis of TCM etiology and pathogenesis of eczema,the combination of macro and micro make Chinese literature and traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can make complementary advantages,especially in the meridian acupuncture under the guidance of the theory,is a good choice for the treatment of eczema.At present the treatment of eczema,involving the meridian theory is mainly acupuncture therapy,which includes acupuncture treatment reports,most of the rest of the acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine or integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment method,complicated,but the lack of a systematic summary and inductive theory.Therefore,this study is based on the idea and the purpose of the completion of a literature review and theoretical study of the system,in order to play a reference role in the latter part of the study.ObjectiveThis thesis intends to study by means of Chinese literature,literature analysis and information retrieval method using frequency,use of all kinds of meridian theory and related methods to guide the treatment of eczema literature quantitative and qualitative classification,treatment of clinical diagnosis and treatment of eczema and to summarize explore the clinical regularity of acupuncture treatment on eczema.Through the analysis of the literature on eczema acupuncture treatment in recent years,application of law in the treatment of eczema of acupuncture meridian theory under the guidance of the summary,found in the treatment of eczema and meridian acupoint selection.Through the discovery of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of eczema and the selection of law,so as to better guide clinical work.In addition,through the treatment of eczema in the meridian theory under the guidance of the theory summary,and then improve the meridian theory significance,can better guide the development of clinical acupuncture treatment of meridian dialectical treatment of eczema,to explore new ideas.MethodThrough the Chinese HowNet periodical full’ text database,Wanfang periodical database,VIP information resource system,China Chinese biomedical literature database,Chinese medicine science and technology literature database by computer search and manual search methods,retrieval published in the domestic 10 years of acupuncture in the treatment of eczema related literatures,limited sources above the provincial level and national core medical and biological journals,and carries on the system analysis,the inclusion criteria documents a total of 100 articles.Then the commonly used in the literature of acupuncture point and meridian were recorded and classified,and the clinical treatment of eczema acupoints(including main acupoints,acupoints)statistics,and acupuncture treatment for eczema meridian acupoint selection,selection,and summarize the dialectical law.ResultClinical treatment of eczema with spleen meridian acupuncture by the maximum frequency of use;use more acupoints of Quchi,Zusanli,Xuehai,Sanyinjiao acupoints;mainly concentrated in the extremities,especially in the lower extremities.ConelusionAcupuncture and moxibustion treatment of eczema acupoints and meridian selection is more extensive,but the focus of the use of acupuncture points and the focus of the meridians.Acupuncture points and meridians and more concentrated in the spleen dampness stasis,acupoints and meridians,such as spleen meridian,stomach meridian,triple energizer meridian,acupoints for Quchi,Zusanli,Xuehai,suggesting that we are in clinical practice of acupuncture treatment in the treatment of eczema,to focus on these meridians and acupoints.
