The author of this article through the ancient literature on eczema,using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system software excavated the regularity of prescription of eczema drug and clinical trials,a comprehensive description of chronic eczema,dampness and Yang deficiency syndrome theory of correctness and clinical practicality,and the feasibility and effectiveness of Prescription 1 of eczema in the clinical treatment of damp heat and Yang deficiency chronic eczema,which is of great significance in the clinical treatment of chronic eczema.Theoretically,the syndrome types of chronic eczema of wind,dampness,heat and yang deficiency were clearly identified,and the rationality and scientificity of syndrome were confirmed.In data analysis,through the use of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform software,analysis of eczema in the past five years of the rule of drug use,to clear heat and dry,dispel wind antipruritic drugs.In clinical trials,it attack.Ancient Chinese doctors have deeper understanding of the pathogenesis of eczema,mainly from the six evils and evils,the five internal organs and the strength of righteousness to explore,that the main pathogenesis of eczema is complex feeling of wind,dampness,heat and other evils,or organs Functional disorders,qi and blood due to yin and yang imbalance,the disease location in the table for administration,prescriptions are given based on syndrome differentiation of eczema.According to the ancient traditional Chinese doctors,the syndromes of eczema have been divided into 3 patterns,namely,damp-heat,blood-heat and wind-heat.The therapies are clearing heat and dispelling wind,drying dampness and relieving itching,Cooling and nourishing blood.There are no relevant theories or treatment methods on damp-heat and yang-deficiency eczema.Part Ⅱ mainly analyses and summarizes the rules of traditional Chinese medicine in treating eczema and explores new medication rules,which depends on data analysis module in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance software.The results show that there are 34 commonly used drugs,18 commonly used couplet medicines,28 new combined medicines and 14 new prescriptions.In conclusion,there are 3 kinds of commonly used medicines in treating eczema,namely,spleen-invigorating and dampness-dispelling medication.heat-clearing and blood cooling medication and wind-dispelling and itching-relieving medication.The third part is clinical trial.Objective:This clinical trial was designed to observe the clinical efficacy of eczema Qing 1 Decoction in treating chronic eczema of dampness heat and yang deficiency and the improvement of TCM symptoms,and to determine the diagnostic criteria of syndrome of dampness heat and yang deficiency.It provides a reliable clinical basis for the treatment of chronic eczema with damp heat and yang deficiency.Methods:This study selected 55 cases from the Department of Dermatology,Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Department of Dermatology,Chaoyang Hospital of TCM anzhen community health center outpatient,28 cases in the treatment group using Pizhenqing No.1,the control group of 27 patients with cetirizine hydrochloride,2 week course of treatment.Results:(1)the total efficiency of treatment group was 85.71%,better than that of the control group was given cetirizine hydrochloride and the total efficiency of 59.26%,the difference was statistically significant;(2),Prescription 1 of Eczema in improving psoriasis area and severity,treatment of pruritus and improving TCM syndrome are better than cetirizine hydrochloride cetirizine,and Prescription 1 of Eczema,less adverse reaction,high safety.The results of the study show that the use of Prescription 1 of Eczema is effective in treating chronic eczema with damp heat and yang deficiency type,and it has a certain clinical value.
