Evaluate The Quality Of Stroke Treated By Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Oxford Evidence Grade

Objective:Application 2001 Oxford evidence-based medicine center clinical evidence grading evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in 2011-2015 dual core journals magazine articles of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cerebral stroke the distribution of the level of evidence,And application of evidence-based medicine PICOFSNn seven elements of the core content is reduced to a mainly to include the end of the research literature,follow-up was evaluated,and the clinical application of Chinese medicine treating cerebral apoplexy clinical research evidence evaluation in detail,For the clinical treatment of cerebral apoplexy provide basis for the establishment of evidence-based medication guide.Method:Choose the Chinese core journals in 2014,the latest of Peking University library catalogue and the latest CSCD directory from 2015 to 2016 there were a total of 19 species of dual core of traditional Chinese medicine journals for the target journal,Retrieved in the form of electronic retrieval combined with manual retrieval,including Chinese Journal Full-text Database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese Bio Medical Literature on disc,VIP Database,Wan Fang database,Traditional Chinese Medicine database.All of the database retrieval time from January 1,2011 to December 31,2015.By the 2 researchers according to include and exclude standard screening of literature,data and adopting PICOFSn seven elements(patients,interventions,the control group,ending index,follow-up time,research types,sample cases)paper decomposition,And according to the 2001 Oxford evidence-based medicine center clinical evidence classification of levels of evidence classification.Result :According to include and exclude standards,a total of 33 articles,into a randomized controlled trial of these articles(36.4%),a randomized controlled trial(48.6%),systematic review/meta-analysis(6%),a randomized controlled trial study accounted for 3%,6% were retrospectively analyzed.Eight articles were reported main outcome indicators accounting for 24.2%;All included in 33 articles reported secondary outcome indicators,report at a rate of 100.0%;Into the literature 9 article has carried on the report to security index,the report at a rate of 27.3%;Into the literature only 1 article do the follow-up,the rest are not mentioned article 32 follow-up content;Institute in Chinese medicine for treating stroke clinical research evidence mainly concentrated in ? b,? b,36.4% and 51.6% respectively,and the highest level of evidence level ?type accounted for only 9% of evidence,including ?a type 6%,?b type 3%,moreover also includes a small amount of ?type,accounting for 3%.Conclusion: This study found that all included in the randomized controlled trial in experimental design,the applications of the blind method,the implementation of the hidden mechanisms exist many aspects,such as different levels of defects;This research into the literature by the end of the indicators for statistical analysis found that the main outcome indicators report rate is low;In this study into literature only 1 article made follow-up;This study based on 2001 level of evidence classification of Oxford found that Chinese medicine treatment of cerebral apoplexy clinical research level of evidence level is not high.
