Analysis Of Clinical Evidence Based On Evidence-based Medicine For The Treatment Of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To collect and sort out the existing literature on the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with internal Chinese medicine and summarize and summarize the quality grade and clinical guidance value of the literature,and analyze the current literature on the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with traditional Chinese medicine.The insufficiency existing in the study and how to construct the quality grades of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine are discussed to provide powerful theoretical support for future clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions.Method:Through the electronic retrieval of CNKI,Weipu,Wanfang,PubMed database(retrieval time for each database to October 2017)in the literature on the treatment of IPF with traditional Chinese medicine,what used the OCEBM was to classify,summarize and summarize the quality of the detected documents.Results:A total of 85 articles that meet the screening criteria were included and 2 in English.Among them,the results of classification according to the grading standards are as follows: 5 systematic reviews,40 randomized controlled trials(1 in English),2 queued studies,case-control studies,and case series studies.Expert opinions without strict evaluation and basics There were 33 papers(one in English)and five papers(data mining,etc.).Conclusion: This study aims to classify the clinical evidence of Chinese herbal medicines for internal or external treatment of IPF,and aims to analyze and summarize the objective of traditional Chinese medicine in the analysis and induction of traditional Chinese medicine for internal treatment of IPF evidence levels in modern evidence-based medicine and the characteristics of drugs in RCT literature.The clinical evidence of IPF is rich in existing systematic reviews,clinical randomized controlled trials,and expert experience.However,high quality RCTs are lacking in IPF studies.However,in the existing evidence-based medicine evidence evaluation system,if Chinese medicine research fully complies with the grading standard of evidence,it will lose the characteristics of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment,and it will lose a lot of instructive information with constructive value.Therefore,the practice of evidence-based medicine in traditional Chinese medicine needs to adopt the basic concepts and methods of traditional Chinese medicine,meet the basic requirements of evidence-based,but also reflect the essential characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation,improve the quality of expert experience and the rank of the case in the hierarchy of evidence.And so on,in order to establish a hierarchy of evidence that conforms to the practice of traditional Chinese medicine.
