Influence Of Authorized Education On Sexual Life Quality Of Cervical Cancer Patients At Reproductive

Objectives Authorized to explore education mode of childbearing age sex life quality of postoperative mortality in patients with cervical cancer,Assess the effect of nursing intervention,to improve sex life quality in patients with cervical cancer clinical nurses to provide guiding significance.Methods Selection in May 2014 to June 2016 in zhengzhou city level 3 first-class hospital extract conforms to the standard of 120 cases of cervical cancer patients as the research object,According to the random draw method divided into authorization group of 60 cases,control group 60 cases.Control group adopts the model of general nursing,authorization group on the basis of control group,give authorization model of nursing intervention.Two groups of patients in the intervention respectively before and after 6 months on the general information questionnaire,female sexual function scale(FSFI),depression self rating scale(SDS)measurement,analysis of childbearing age education is authorized to the change of cervical cancer patients with postoperative sexual life quality.The collected data using IBM SPSS Statistics software for statistical analysis of data from 21.0 statistical methods include: chi-square,independent sample t-test,matching chi-square analysis,inspection level for alpha = 0.05.Results 1.Intervention in the first two groups of patients with baseline data comparison results show that: the control group of 60 cases,the intervention group of 60 cases.With an average age of 25 ~ 48(33.52 + 10.84)years old.Between the two groups in the household type,age,cultural level,family income,children and cost no statistically significant difference were observed in the general data sources,etc 2.Control group patients before intervention shows: FSFI total score was 29.85 + /-1.65 points,after 6 months was 12.26 + /-3.84 points,compared with preoperative FSFI total score is low,there is statistical significance(p < 0.05).Authorization group of patients with preoperative FSFI total score was 29.08 + /-2.13 points,after 6 months was 17.66 + /-1.84 points,compared with preoperative sexual life quality score value is low,with statistical significance(p < 0.05).Postoperative follow-up of 3 months,15(25%),control group restorative life authorization group restorative life 33(55%),6 months after intervention group are restorative life,there are 7(11.7%)in the control group did not restorative life.3.SDS,control group patients before display: not depressed people 36(60%),mid depression 19(31.7%),severe depress5(8.3%),6 months after surgery showed that: not depressed people 36(60%),mild depression 14(23.3%),severe depression 10(16.7%),with statistical significance.SDS before authorization group intervention shows:no depression of 41(68.3%),mild depression 15(25%),severe depression 4(6.7%),the results showed that 6 months postoperatively without depression42(70%),mild depression15(25%),severe depress3(5%)with statistical significance.Conclusions 1.Childbearing age sex slump,postoperatively in patients with cervical cancer in the six months after surgery in general nursing,nursing mode and authorize the education mode of the sexual life quality did not return to before the operation.2.Authorized education pattern of nursing intervention is superior to the general nursing model for the influence of cervical cancer patients with sexual life quality in their reproductie can promote childbearing age increasing sexual life quality of patients with cervical cancer,to improve their quality of life and depression.
