Current Situation And Ethic Countermeasures Of Doctors’ Role Conflict

Our country is in the period of severe social transformation and any field is f acing great challenge.Similarly,as the health care system is the most closely link ed with the people,there will be a huge change.In the face of this major chang e,medical workers are facing unprecedented challenges and pressure from all side s.These pressures include external pressures,which are from the public,the press a nd others,and internal pressures which are from the hospital manage-ment,instituti onal and other aspects,especially the great physical and mental pressure to the do ctor brought by the escalating doctor-patient contradiction.The role of doctors could not be compared by other areas in terms of no matter the degree of difficulty or professionalism and discipline.There is no doubt that the doctor has played multiple roles and the demands and expectations of multiple roles inevitably lead to role conflict.These conflicts mix and promote together and collide each other on the doctor,resulting in large or small,more or less contradictory.Easing and debugging doctors’ role conflict is of great practical significance for doctors to improve the doctor’s physical and mental health,harmonious doctor-patient relationship and healthy society.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing and reviewing relevant policies and literature of the current career status and career development of doctors in China,the history and current status,problems and causes of career status and career development of doctors are analyzed by means of questionnaire and interview from the perspective of role ethics.On this basis,the ethical countermeasures and paths of doctor’s role conflict are proposed from three aspects of doctors,hospitals and society.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is introduction,in which the background,significance,research status at home and abroad,as well as the research methods and innovation points are introduced.In the first chapter,the related concepts and theoretical basis of the role conflict are introduced.The concept of role ethics and the role conflict of doctors are defined and the research foundation of this paper is discussed.The second chapter is the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the doctor’s role conflict,in which the basic situation of the investigation on the role conflict of doctors is explained and the investigation situation is sorted out in statistics.The third chapter are the ethical countermeasures of doctors’ role conflicts.The corresponding ethical thinking and countermeasures on the problems of doctor’s role conflict are trying to be proposed.
