The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Jianpi Qingre Huoxue Decoction

Objective:Through the observation of the clinical efficacy,endoscopic mucosal manifestations and histopathological improvement of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,this study aims to evaluate the efficacy of Jianpi Qingre Huoxue decoction objectively and promote its clinical application further.In this study,patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were treated with Jianpi Qingre Huoxue decoction and a randomized controlled group of patients who took Weifuchun Tablet was set up.Methods:60 patients who were diagnosed as chronic atrophic gastritis by endoscopy were selected.They were assigned into two groups randomly,with 30 patients in each group.Jianpi Qingre Huoxue decoction was used in the experimental group,whereas Weifuchun Tablet was given to the control group.The total time of treatment was six months for both groups.After the treatment,gastroscopy was used to recheck the patients.Data about symptoms integral,endoscope,pathological efficacy before and after treatment for both groups were collected and observed.Statistical analysis was conducted subsequently.Results:1.The total effective rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine symdrome:The total effective rate was 93.33%for the treatment group and 66.67%for the control group.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.Clinical symptoms:The improvement on epigastric fullness,gastric pain,belching,bitter taste of mouth and dry mouth of treatment group was significantly better than the control group(p<0.01);The relief on anorexia,acid reflux,and noisy,fixed pain,poor defecation,loose stool and dry stool of treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05);3.Endoscopic and pathological features of gastric mucosa:The treatment group in improving atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,active inflammation,and chronic inflammation was better than the control group(p<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of anti helicobacter pylori infection,relief of erosion and bile reflux(p>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,while that of the control group was about 63.33%.The treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Through the comparison of the two groups of cases,the treatment group was better than the control group in symptom score,endoscopic gastric mucosal manifestations and histopathology:In addition,the atrophy and intestinal metaplasia were reversed in some patients in the treatment group.Thus,in terms of improving the clinical symptoms,endoscopic gastric mucosal manifestations and histopathology of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,Jianpi Qingre Huoxue decoction showed a good effect and safety as there was no adverse reactions during treatment.
