ObjectiveTo optimize the kinetic parameters of elimination of vertigo effect by pushing manipulation with one finger,and to provide reference and research ideas for quantification,standardization and standardization of manipulation.MethodsFifty-four patients with cervical vertigo were selected.First,single factor experiment design was used to select the optimal level of single factor,then,the orthogonal test of three factors and three levels was conducted on the basis of the single factor experiment results,and the experiment was arranged according to the orthogonal table of L9(34).Pushing manipulation with one finger was used on Fengchi points.The scores of vertigo symptom and function scale were recorded before and after treatment,the improvement index of vertigo was taken as the evaluation index.The kinetic parameters force,frequency and time of pushing manipulation with one finger were optimized.Finally,the kinetic parameters of elimination of vertigo effect by pushing manipulation with one finger were screened out and optimized by single-factor optimization and orthogonal experiments.ResultsThe better single factors of single factor test were:force 16N,time 9min,frequency 100 times/min,the order of influence of various factors on the improvement index of vertigo was as follows:A(force)>C(frequency)>B(time)by orthogonal experiment.The best combination of parameters was A3B2C2,the force of 18.5N,time 9min,frequency 100 beats/min.The improvement index of vertigo was the most significant by pushing manipulation with one finger with the best combination of parameters.ConclusionAny combination of force,time and frequency can improve the symptom and function of vertigo,but the combination of different levels is different to improve the degree of vertigo,which the force of 18.5N,time 9min,the frequency of 100 beats/min was the best one.It can not improve the elimination of vertigo effect by blindly increasing the intensity,lengthen the time,speed up the frequency. |
