| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of push needle technique in the treatment of posterior stroke after stroke by comparing the finger joint spasm, motor function, joint activity, the improvement degree of neurological function defect and the total efficiency of the treatment with the conventional acupuncture in the treatment of the posterior flexor. Methods: Sixty patients with post-stroke fingers who met the criteria selected for this topic were randomly grouped accordi ng to the odd even numbers of the order of visits, the odd number was selected in the treatment group(30 cases),and even the number was selected in the control group(30 cases). The patient’s basic treatment, the same acupoint selection(Hegu acupoint, external cavity,Posterior creek point),the treatment group used push needle technique, control group of conventional acupuncture, after the gas are needle retention 30 minutes, both groups are daily morning, the afternoon treatment 1 times,2 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses, the course of rest 2 days. After 2 courses of treatment, two groups were evaluated for the grading of modified Ashworth spasm, the degree of clinical neurological impairment score(CSS)in stroke patients, the eva luation of metacarpal Joint activity(ROM),the evaluation of simple Fugl-Meyer motor function(FMA),and the evaluation of total efficiency were analyzed and counted. Results: 1 The comparison of needle technique and conventional acupuncture before and after treatment in modified Ashworth spasm grading assessment was P<0.05,which was different and statistically significant, and proved that both methods could improve the degree of hand spasm, and the comparison between the two groups after the treatment of modified Ashworth spasm grading,P<0.05,has statistical significance, which shows that the effect of push needle manipulation on hand spasm is better than that of conventional manipulation.2 In the evaluation of simple Fugl-Meyer motor function, the P<0.05 group and the conventional acupuncture group were compared before and after the treatment, which was different and statistically significant, which showed that the treatment of the two groups could improve the movement function of the finger joints,a nd the comparison between the two groups of push needle technique and conventional acupuncture after treatment was P< 0.05,has the difference, has the statistical significance, indicates that the push needle technique improves the finger joint movement function The effect is more significant than the conventional acupuncture.3 The comparison of the needle technique and conventional acupuncture in the group before and after treatment in the determination of the Activity degree(ROM)of the metacarpal Knuck les was P<0.05,which was different and statistically significant, suggesting that both treatments could improve the activity of the finger joints. The comparison between the two groups after treatment in the determination of the Activity degree(ROM)of t he metacarpal Knuckles was P<0.05,which was different and statistically significant, which indicated that the effect of pushing needle technique on improving the activit y of finger joints was better than that of conventional acupuncture group.4 The comparison,P<0.05,difference and statistical significance of push needle technique and conventional acupuncture in the evaluation of clinical neurological impairment degree score(CSS)in patients with stroke were statistically significant, suggesting that both treatments could improve the loss of neurological function in patients. The comparison between the two groups in the evaluation of the degree of clinical neurological impairment score(CSS)in stroke patients,P<0.05,which is different and statistically significant, shows that the effect of pushing acupuncture on the improvement of neurological impairment in patients is better than that of conventional acupuncture.5 The total effective rate after the treatment of push acupuncture was 90%,the total effective rate a fter conventional acupuncture treatment was 76.67%,and both methods could improve the total efficiency of the patients after stroke, the comparison between the needle technique and the conventional acupuncture after treatment, and P<0.05,which was different and statistically significant,The results show that the clinical effect of push needle manipulation on finger flexor after stroke is more significant than that of conventional acupuncture. Conclusion: The improvement of muscle tone, motor function,jo int activity, neurological defect and so on in the treatment of stroke finger flexor is more obvious than that of conventional acupuncture, the clinical effect is more significant, more effective, can be popularized and used in clinic. |
