Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined Withtreatmentof Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Cerebral Infarction The Clinical Research

Objective:Discuss the combination of conventional therapy and the Buyang Huanwu Decoction and acupuncture to analysis the therapy result,in order to provide a reliable theory basis for buyang huanwu decoction and acupuncture.buyang huanwu decoction and acupuncture can have an efficient influence of cerebral infarction.This method has a special meaning in the spread of clinical experience.Methods:Select total 90 patients in our hospital from March of 2016 to January of 2017,and separate this total 90 patient in to 3 groups randomly.These 3 group are conventional therapy group acupuncture group and Acupuncture plus Chinese Medicine group.Conventional therapy group give them normal therapy.In the acupuncture group we will give them normal therapy and plus Acupuncture.In the Acupuncture plus Chinese Medicine group,except the normal therapy and plus Acupuncture,we will give them utilize buyang huanwu decoction.2 weeks is a course of treatment.And then,analysis of 3 group patient in the field of clinical effect,normal life ability,nerve function and mobile function.Results:After a course of treatment,we found the 96.3%of Acupuncture and Medicine group is cured.Success rate in the acupuncture group and conventional therapy group is only 92.696 and 82.59%separately.Apparently,there is a tremendous different among this 3 groups(P<0.05);before the treatment,there is no big difference among 3 groups(P<0.05),but after the treatment,Acupuncture and Medicine group s patient is much better than the other 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Buyang huanwu decoction and acupuncture has a positive impact on the clinical therapy and the recovery of patient.Hence,we can finally draw the conclusion that we should combine the conventional therapy and acupuncture,Besides,Twe should and the buyang huanwu decoction.Therefore,this method deserve to be used widely.
