| ObjectiveTo observe clinical curative effect of warming needle with moxibustion on governor meridian on polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility cased by kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrom,and make full use of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide new ideas and methods of treatment for polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility.MethodsUsing randomized controlled method,will meet the inclusion criteria of 60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(warming needle with moxibustion on governor meridian)and control group(CC)each of 30 cases.The treatment group:using warming needle with moxibustionon governor meridian(Baihui,Dazhui,Shenzhu,Zhiyang,Min gme n,Yaoyangguan,Seventeenth Vertebra,Shenshu(bilateral)points,and using routine disinfection,when acupuncture method get gas,you can add a thin paper on needle body which is inserted moxa cone caused by ingnited on its end,all points use 2 moxa cone about 30 minutes,menstrual cycle(natural cycle or oral progesterone capsules 100mg bid 5 days withdrawal bleeding)5 days started to do acupuncture and moxibustion,qod,one menstrual cycles for one courses and until the next menstruation,and menstruation stop acupuncture and moxibustion.The control group:menstrual cycle(natural cycle or oral progesterone capsules 100mg bid 5 days withdrawal bleeding)5 days started taking clomiphene citrate 50mg/D x 5 days.Two both group will adopt vaginal ultrasonography in menstrual period 10、12、14 days in order to monitor follicular development,when follicular straight edge Diameter of 18～25mm,with intramuscular injection of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)10000U,and guide her sexual intercourse.The whole treatment course for 3 menstrual cycles,once you’ re pregnant you will stop treatment.To observed and compared both groups of BMI、TCM clinical symptom、sex hormones、follicle development、ovulation、pregnancy rate and other related indicators,and use statistical methods to analyze two groups of experimental data and draw conclusions.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of warming needle with moxibution governor meridian.Results1 General situation analysisThere were no statistical significant in the difference of age and course of disease in two groups(P>0.05).To indicate that the baseline level of the two groups were comparable.2 Clinical curative effect observation(1)Total clinical therapeutic effect analysisThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.66%,the total effective rate of the control group was 60%.There were no statistical significant in the difference of the effective rate in two groups(P>0.05).and the effective rate of the two group was same.(2)Scores of syndrome and analysis of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicineThere were no statistical significant in the difference of Scores of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine in two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There were no statistical significant in the difference of scores of syndrome and analysis of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in two groups before therapy(P>0.05).The medium of scores of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment group was 4,which was lower than 5 in control group after therapy(P<0.05).Analysis of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment group was 83.33%,which was higher than 70%in control group after therapy(P<0.05).To illustrate treatment group in improving the scores of syndrome and analysis of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicineis superior to control group.(3)BMI analysisThere were no statistical significant in the difference of BMI in two groups before therapy(P>0.05),which illustrate both groups were comparable.There were significant before and after therapy in the difference of BMI in two groups(P<0.01),and with a significantly difference between the two group after therapy(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than control group in improving the level of metabolic abnormalities in patients with PCOS.(4)sex hormone analysisThere was statistical significant in the difference of LH、LH/FSH、T、FSH.after treatment,observation item of sex hormone analysis were no statistical significant that were P>0.05.thay have the same effect.that suggest that acupuncture and moxibustion can regulate the Du HPOA axis,promote the recovery of ovarian function of hypothalamic pituitary,which contributes to the development of mature follicle and endometrial growth,improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.(5)follicle size,endometrial thicknesstwo groups before treatment,follicle size,endometrial thickness is P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups were comparable.After treatment,two groups of follicle size,endometrial thickness of P<0.05,and Before and after treatment,the difference between the size of follicles,endometrial thickness p=0.000,was statistically significant,the treatment group than the control group.(6)ovulation frequencyAfter treatment,Warming needle with moxibustion on governor meridian has the same effect with clomiphene in ovulation frequency.There were not statistically significant difference in both group(P>0.05).(7)the pregnancy rateAfter treatment,pregnancy rate and pregnancy number in treatment group were 40%and 12,which were higher than 23.33%and 7 in control group(P>0.05).There were not statistically significant difference in both group.To illustrate both groups have same treatment effect in pregnancy outcome.ConclusionWarming needle with moxibustion on governor meridian on polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility cased by kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrom,which can have the same effect with clomiphene in total clinical therapeutic effect、ovulation frequency and pregnancy rate;but it has advantages in reducing weight,improving TCM symptoms、endocrine,increasing endometrial thickness,increasing follicle size than control group;which show the advantages of warming needle with moxibustion on governor meridian of this disease,to provide the objective basis for the TCM treatment of this disease. |
