Clinical Research On Infertility Due To Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Treated With Integrated Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective:In order to improve the therapeutic efficacy of integrative medicine therapy on treatment of PCOS infertility, observe and study the clinical curative effect of the disease by using western medicine (letrozole, dydrogestreone) combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) artificial cycle, hope to provide better reference for clinical treatment of the disease.Method:In this study,40 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome both come from Xuzhou city, Jiangsu province hospital of department of gynaecology clinic, and all of them belong to kidney and blood stasis of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical. Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, after collecting and analysising relevant information, if the patient does not conform to stimulate ovulation conditions has to take foundation treatment, give letrozole and dydrogestreone to those, who are eligible, to stimulate ovulation and support the luteal phase progesterone respectively. During the period of promoting ovulation treatment group take the traditional Chinese medicine artificial cycle treatment, at the same time. Vaginal ultrasound was used to monitor follicle growth and ovulation, endometrial thickness, record advantage follicle diameter and HCG injection day’s endometrial thickness, and test the progesterone (P) values 7 days after ovulation. If patient are not pregnant, start the treatment on next menstrual cycle, a total of three menstrual cycles. Compare the TCM syndrome scores changes, serum sex hormone level changes before and after ovulation respectively between patients, who was not pregnancy, analysis if there are significant; Compared two groups’ diameter of advantage follicle, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and changes of progesterone, analysis if there is statistically differences.Results:(1) general information:age, course of the disease, body mass index between two groups of patients, P>0.05, without statistically significant; (2) compared two groups of patients’ TCM syndrome integral, serum sex hormone before stimulating ovulation, P>0.05, there is no statistical difference; (3) cycle ovulation rate:the cycle ovulation rate of treatment group and control group were 88.63%,53.06% respectively, P<0.05. (4) advantage follicle diameter:in stimulate ovulation cycle, compare two group patients’advantage follicle average diameter, we see P>0.05, has no statistically significant. (5) endometial thickness on HCG day:the comparision have obvious difference, the treatment group’ was more thicker. (6) cycle pregnancy rate and pregnancy rate:treatment group got 31.81% cycle pregnancy rate and 70.00% pregnancy rate; Control group got 14.28% cycle pregnancy rate and 35.00% pregnancy rate, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), suggesting that Chinese traditional medicine cooperate letrozole can stimulate ovulation better. (7) progesterone of 7 days after ovulation:the treatment group compared with control group of progesterone P<0.05, statistically significant, means traditional Chinese combine with western medicine treatment improve patients mid luteal progesterone value better, which is advantageous to the embryo implantation. (8) TCM syndrome integral change:after the treatment,6 cases of treatment group was not pregnant,13 cases were not pregnant, two groups did not pregnancy patients with TCM syndrome integral comparison before and after the treatment, P<0.05, there is statistical significance, means western and Chinese medicines combined treatment can improve clinical symptoms more effectively. (9) serum sex hormone levels:the serum sex hormone (LH, FSH, T) levels before and after treatment of patients, who did not pregnant, had no statistical difference, but the treatment group after treatment E2 level is significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment can improve patients’ E2 level in the body.Conclusion:Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms; And possibly by increasing patients’ endometrial thickness, improving the level of luteal phase progesterone, regulate the body’s sex hormone levels, so as to improve the kidney and blood stasis type PCOS infertility patients with ovulation rate, increase the rate of pregnancy.
