The Study Of The Traumatology Yellow Water In The Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis

ObjectiveTo estimate the clinical effect and the safety of the traumatology yellow water in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis by observing the change of the indicators including erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),uric acid(UA),VAS score and clinical symptoms and signs.MethodsAccording to random Numbers generated from computer software and the order of the group,90 patients diagnosed with acute gouty arthritis were divided into treatment group randomly and control group and each group was 45 cases.The control group were treated with colchicine tablets(0.5mg three times a day).The treatment group were treated with the traumatology yellow water and colchicine tablets(0.5mg three times a day).Time of therapy in each group was 1 week.By observing the change of the indicators including ESR,CRP,UA,VAS score,clinical symptom score,clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reactions,the clinical effect and the safety of the traumatology yellow water treatmenting patients with acute gouty arthritis were evaluated objectively and comprehensively.Results①Baseline indexes between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).② Before treatment,ESR.CRP and VAS score of both groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,ESR、CRP and VAS score in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).③Before treatment,blood uric acid level of both groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,blood uric acid level of both groups was lower before treatment(P<0.05),but blood uric acid level of both groups after treatment was no significant difference(P>0.05).④ Before treatment,clinical symptom score of two groups was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,clinical symptom score in two groups was lower before treatment(P<0.05);the degree of treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05)⑤The total curative effect of treatment group:markedly effective 15 cases(33.33%),effective 27 cases(60%),invalid 3 cases(6.67%),the total efficiency of 93.33%.The control group:markedly effective 6 cases(13.33%),effective 30 cases(66.67%),invalid 9 cases(20%),the total efficiency of 80%.The treatment group in the clinical therapeutic effect is better tha.n the control group(P<0.05).⑥adverse reactions of two groups after treatment were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions①The patients’ inflammatory marks,VAS score and clinical symptom score can be reduced obviously by using the traumatology yellow water to treat acute gouty arthritis.②The curative effect of western medicine combined with the traumatology yellow water was better than simple western medicine in treating acute gouty arthritis.③the traumatology yellow water treating acute gouty arthritis deserves to be popularized and becomes an good treatment of traditional Chinese medicine since its security and effectiveness.
