Skin aging,is one of the most common human aging phenomenon.Mainly for the skin thinning,dry,wrinkles increased,brown or black spots,large pores,scaling and other phenomena.The understanding of aging is also constantly updated.There have been recognized several theories,including the study of molecular mechanisms of aging,free radical theory,gene theory.In this paper,we use VISIA to record the efficacy of Yang Yanqinge pills in the treatment of chloasma,and evaluate capacity of the scavenging free radicals and antioxidant capacity of Yangyanqinge pils by using D-galactose induced aging model mice.We comprehensively analyze the antioxidant composition and mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine.From this point of view,we analyze the antioxidant activity of Yang Yanqinge pills.how free radicals cause skin aging.free radicals have the physiological functions,such as phagocytosis,biosynthesis,detoxification,reproduction and so on.When the steady statement of the body’s free radicals be damaged,it will attack the body’ cell membrane,protein,nucleic acid,mitochondria,and leading to cell death,causing the body’s aging.Chinese medicine as a treasure of the Chinese nation,of course,in the field of anti-aging,has its own place.At present,some Chinese and Western medicine research of preventing and delaying the development of skin aging had provided a reliable experimental basis.Objective:To explore the effectiveness and mechanism of Yang Yanqinge pills for skin aging,to provide evidence for the anti-aging of the skin,to further explore the role of VISIA detector in monitoring skin aging.Methods :(1)The skin senescence indexes of patients with chloasma treated by Yang Yanqinge pills in VISIA were analyzed retrospectively.(2)10% D-galactose was injected subcutaneously to establish a skin aging mouse model.there are six groups of mice,divided into blank group,aging group,positive control group,low,medium and high dose Yang Yanqinge pills treatment group,and aging group only injected D-galactose.The positive control group was given vitamin C,and the treatment group was given continuous low,medium and high dose Pill decoction for 42 days.After 42 days,on the one hand,we use the eyes to observe the skin of the back of the mouse.on the other hand,we measure values of SOD and MDA in blood.Results:(1)VISIA showed that there were some differences in the senescence indexes,such as UV spot,texture and spot,before and after treatment in therapy group(p<0.05).(2)After being injected D-galactose for 42 days,compared with the normal group,the skin of the mice in the senescent group were rough and dull,the ridge is obvious and the residence time of the ride became longer.High-dose group of Yang Yanqinge pills after treatment,the mouse skin becomes delicate,wrinkles reduced,the ridge is not obvious.(3)Compared with the blank group,the serum MDA in the senescent mice was significantly increased(p<0.01),The value of SOD is increased(p<0.01).Further demonstrating the success of D-galactose-induced aging models.Compared with the aging group,the levels of SOD in the positive control group and Yang Yanqinge decoction group were all increased in different degrees(p <0.05),the value of MDA is decresed(p<0.05,p<0.01).The positive control group and Yang Yanqing side dose group,the two groups were similar(p>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Using VISIA image analyzer to measure and evaluate the skin,you can observe the scientific and intuitive texture of the skin,color,capillaries and other skin conditions.In this case,you can accurately analyze the patient’s overall situation of the face,so that patients can know their own facial situation.It can clearly record the patient each treatment and medication situation.We can be targeted for treatment,and to a certain extent,which increase the patient’s trust.You can check the previous parameters,and to ensure that each time in the same environment and at the same angle to detect,and it can be directly compared.Through observing the chloasma patients’ spots,texture,ultraviolet spot,we found that the yang yanqinge pills have improved these skin aging related indicators.It can be through the VISIA image analysis system to assess whether some treatment programs can make the face younger,whether it can remove the stain,whether it can remove the red blood and so on.(2)After using Yang Yanqinge pills to treat,their facial spots,purple spots,textures and other skin aging indicators have a certain improvement.The use of dorsal subcutaneous injection of D-galactose to establish skin aging model,the study of free radicals on the skin aging is a theoretical basis,and can confirm that Yang YanQinge pills have the ability to scavenge free radicals and prevent skin aging.(3)The mechanism of Yang Yanqinge pills’ anti-aging process was related to the increase of SOD level in blood of aging mice and the decrease of MDA level in blood of aging mice. |
