Objective: To investigate the correlation between TCM Syndromes of chronic heart failure(CHF)and general objective data,basic disease,cardiac function classification,6MWT,LVEF and NT-pro BNP in some regions of China,provide an objective basis for TCM syndrome of CHF in Guangxi area and optimize the standard of diagnosis and treatment.Methods: In a cross-sectional study of 7 hospitals collected outpatient or inpatient department of Department of Cardiology in Guangxi area from January 2016 to March 2017 with 100 cases of patients with CHF criteria,collected the data of patients.The correlation between the use of SPSS17.0 statistical software and R language i386 version of 3.3.2 software to the most common TCM Syndrome and multiple objective indexes were analyzed.Results:1.In terms of age,mainly in elderly patients with CHF in multiple(P>0.05);there is no significant difference in the incidence of gender(P>0.05);gender has significant differences in the distribution of TCM syndrome type of chronic heart failure(X2= 21.400,P<0.01),the number of male Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was significantly higher than that of female(P<0.01),in the Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is less than men(P<0.01).2.According to the distribution of the underlying diseases,the most common underlying diseases were 50 cases of coronary heart disease(50%),hypertension in 30 cases(30%),and Dilated cardiomyopathy in 17 cases(17%).3.From the distribution of common chronic heart failure syndromes in the total sample of this study cases,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome accounted for 55 cases(55%),Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome accounted for 22 cases(22%),Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome accounted for 23 cases(23%),the region with Qi deficiency and blood stasis is rare.4.The correlation between TCM Syndromes of chronic heart failure and heart function classification,by rank sum test(Z=29.538,P<0.01),the differences between the various syndromes of qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome significantly,chronic heart failure patients with heart function II grade,III grade and II grade,the most common,III distribution,IV grade of heart function is the rare syndrome of blood stasis;C in the heart function III level to see,followed by heart function II level;and yang deficiency and blood stasis mainly grade IV heart function,heart function II grade,III grade rare.5.Chronic heart failure common TCM syndromes and the correlation between 6 minute walk test,The walking distance of 6 minutes walk from Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is more than that of Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05);The walking test distance of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was higher than that of Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(P<0.01)in 6 minutes;6 minutes walk test distance of Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is more than Yang deficiency blood stasis syndrome(P<0.01).6.There was a significant correlation between TCM syndromes and left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with chronic heart failure.The average level of LVEF in Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is higher than that of Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(P<0.01);The average level of LVEF in Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is higher than that of Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(P<0.01).7.The correlation between TCM Syndromes of CHF and the average level of NT-pro BNP.The average level of brain natriuretic peptide in Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is lower than that of Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome(P<0.01);The mean level of brain natriuretic peptide in Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome was significantly lower than that of Yang deficiency blood stasis syndrome(P<0.01);The average level of brain natriuretic peptide in Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is lower than that of Yang deficiency blood stasis syndrome(P<0.01).8.There is a correlation between the heart function and NT-pro BNP,LVEF,Cardiac function class II,left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than cardiac function class III(P<0.05);Cardiac function class II,left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than cardiac function class IV(P<0.05);Cardiac function class III,left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than cardiac function class IV(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean level of brain natriuretic peptide between the heart function class II and the heart function class III(P>0.05);The mean level of brain function,II level,and brain natriuretic peptide precursor was lower than cardiac function class IV(P<0.01);The mean level of brain function,III level,and brain natriuretic peptide precursor was lower than cardiac function class IV(P<0.01).9.The correlation between LVEF and Qi deficiency and blood stasis was the highest(P<0.05).The related degree of comprehensive indexes and Qi deficiency and blood stasis,from high to low is: LVEF>gender>other index;in the comprehensive analysis of the situation,the objective indexes of P>0.05,related to the degree of blood stasis and deficiency of both Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are relatively low.Conclusion(s): 1.In objective index,the relation between the average level of LVEF is Qi deficiency and blood stasis > deficiency of both qi and Yin and blood stasis > Yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;The relation between the average level of NT-proBNP is: Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Qi and yin deficiency blood stasis syndrome,Yang deficiency blood stasis syndrome;There was a negative correlation between the grading of cardiac function and LVEF,and positively correlated with the level of NT-proBNP;The correlation between LVEF and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is the highest,which can be used as a dialectical objective basis.The degree of heart failure in each syndrome type is: Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Qi Yin deficiency blood stasis syndrome,Yang deficiency blood stasis syndrome;The relationship between the 6 minutes walking test distance of each syndrome type is: Qi Deficiency Blood Stasis Syndrome > Qi Yin deficiency blood stasis > Yang deficiency blood stasis syndrome.2.In the general data,the patients with chronic heart failure are mainly middle-aged and elderly,and the chronic heart failure in this region is characterized by qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;The most common underlying diseases of TCM syndromes are chronic coronary heart disease,coronary heart disease,hypertension and dilated cardiomyopathy.
