Observationon The Nursing Effect Of Hot Compress Combined With The Eye Acupuncture Point Massage On Early Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective:Comparing three methods,including hot compress,eye acupuncture point massage,and method of hot compress combined eye acupuncture point massage,of the effect in patients with early DR on the basis of conventional therapy and nursing methods in the controlled clinical studies,we want to explore the clinical work for DR patients more effective and scientific treatment and care programs,and hope that the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine care to be better heritaged and carried forward.Methods:By using the method of random sampling,we seleced 124 cases of hospitalized patients with non proliferation of DR between January 2016 and February 2016 income northern jiangsu people’s hospital endocrinology 109 units as the research object.124 patients were randomly divided into control group(30 cases),experimental group 1(30 cases),experimental group 2(31 cases),and experimental group 3(33 cases)according to admission order.The control group was given routine treatment and diabetes health education.On the basis of the control group,experimental group 1 was given hot compress,experimental group 2 was given eye acupuncture point massage,and experimental group 3 was given both hot compress and eye acupuncture point massage.We chose eye test index,general index and the visual function damage patients quality of life scale as assessment tool,and all of the data obtained by the experiment were input into SPSS 16.0 software for statistical analysis and analysis.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the general data,the ocular examination index,the systemic index and the quality of life of patients before the treatment(P>0.05);2.After the intervention,the score of patients from four groups in the eye examination,systemic indicators and visual impairment of patients with quality of life scale was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Ater intervention for 3 months and 6 months,the experimental group was better than the control group in the visual acuity,the experimental group 1 and the experimental group2.The treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the experimental group 1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05););4.After the intervention,there was a significant difference between the experimental group 3 and the experimental group 1 in the eye examination,the whole body index and the quality of life scale,what is the same between the experimental group 3 and the experimental group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.On the basis of the routine nursing model of DR in the hospital,the effect of hot compress,eye acupuncture point massage and hot compress combined with eye acupuncture point massage was effective;2.The effect of the hot compress and the eye acupuncture point massage in improving the whole body index of patients is almost same;3.The combination of hot compress and eye acupuncture point massage on early DR patients is better than that of individual hot compress or eye acupuncture point massage,and can improve the clinical efficiency of DR patients.
