Under the same diet and exercise guidelines, the control group were treated by traditional massage therapy, and the treatment group were chosed dialectical acupuncture point massage therapy. Stopped taking other drugs during treatment. Massage once a day,10days for1course of treatment. Observed of1course. Not only symptoms and clinical curative effect were quantified but also scores were observed before and after treatment, take a comparative analysis of each group efficacy. Specific effect of classification is as follows:cure:reducing rate above95%; markedly effective:reducing rate of70%to94%;improvement:reducing rate of30%to69%; invalid:reducing rate of30%or less.Results:Before treatment, there was no statistics difference in symptom scores between the two groups. After treatment, there was some statistics difference in the sores of Constipation discharge problems, appetite loss, abdominal distension, abdominal pain or crying at night, yellowish urine, tongue, pulse condition, or fingerprints between the two groups. There was Significant statistics difference in the TCM syndrome score comparison before and after treatment and TCM syndrome score after treatment between the two groups. There was some statistics difference in the TCM symptom effect and Clinical Effect. Children of the treatment group were grouped by age and illness degree and results showed that there was some statistics difference in the clinical efficacy. The result of treatment group in the clinical curative effect of different syndrome types after statistical treatment showed that the dialectical acupuncture point massage therapy based on symptoms of constipation in children which divided into Empirical constipation. the spleen liver Wang and deficiency constipation were valid. And there was no significant statistical difference between three syndrome types.Conclusion:(1) Both treatments could improve pediatric constipation eduction difficulty, appetite loss, abdominal distension, abdominal pain or crying at night, yellowish urine, red tongue, greasy tongue coating, pulse slip or fingerprint lag. The dialectical acupuncture point massage e therapy of Constipation discharge problems, abdominal distension and abdominal pain was superior to the traditional massage therapy. The effect of improving constipation discharge was significant. The dialectical acupuncture point massage therapy can improve the symptoms of flushed complexion, feverish sensation of body, well the traditional massage therapy not. The dialectical acupuncture point massage therapy of Constipation was superior to the traditional massage therapy overall.(2) Age, degree of illness to dialectical point of infantile massage therapy constipation effect:The younger the age, the lighter the illness can lead to the curative effect more significantly.
