| Objective: To investigate the effect of different rehabilitation on the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and low-Urinary Tract Symptoms(LUTS)in patients with Acontractile Detrusor(ACD),four groups including normal-care group,Houttuynia group,salt bag hot c group and Houttuynia combined with salt bag hot compress group(combined group)are evaluated.Methods:(1)Using International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS)and quality of life score(QOL).(2)As well as using Visual Prostate Symptom Score(VPSS).(3)A total of 96 cases of BPH patients from Guizhou Mdeical University Hostipatal and Gzuihou Provincial Hospital who received the transurethral resection of the prostate surgery for the first time in our hospital form 2014 December to 2016 December were randomly divided into 4 groups with the envelope method,24 cases in control group,23 cases in Houttuynia group,24 cases in salt packet group and 25 cases in combination group.The control group was received routine urology nursing mode,and applied system function exercise three times a day;For Houttuynia group,on the basis of the control group,after two weeks postoperation,used Houttuynia to external apply at navel for 20 ~ 30 min,two times per day;For Salt packet group,on the basis of the control group,after two weeks postoperation,received heated salt bag compress lower abdominal for 20~30min,two times per day;Combined group was received Houttuynia external navel combined salt bag hot compress lower abdomen for 20~30min two times a day on the basis of the control group.The intervention of all three groups is with a course of 6 days for treatment,one day off,and then continues to the next course of treatment,after the Conduct lower urinary-tract syndrome improvement among four groups after all the courses.(4)Establish a database of all statistical analysis was completed by SPSS19.0 software,the measurement data using standard deviation to describe,for count data used to describe the rate and percentage of rank data using Ridit analysis and U test,using x2 test or Fisher’s test were compared between the two groups;followed by factorial design analysis of variance was used to evaluate the curative effect,the statistical significance level α =0.05.Results:(1)There were significant differences in IPSS,VPSS and QOL among the four groups(P <0.05).The scores of patients in the combination group were lower than those in the other three groups(P<0.05).(2)After applying different nursing interventions,Ridit analysis revealed the improvement of LUTS was statistically significant(P <0.05).The multiple comparison showed there was no significant difference between the control group and the Houttuynia group in improving the LUTS(P> 0.05);there was no significant difference in improving the LUTS compared to the control group and the salt package group(P> 0.05),and same with the Houttuynia group and the salt package group had no significant difference(P> 0.05).There was significant difference between the control group and the combination group(P <0.0001)in improving LUTS;there was significant difference between the control group and the combination group(P <0.05).There was significant difference compared with the combination group and Houttuynia group(P <0.05),also salt package group(P < 0.05).The multiple comparisons indicated that the combination group has the best curative effect(P<0.05).(3)According to the results of factorial analysis,it revealed that the Houttuynia and salt bag hot compress abdomen are independent factors to impact the decrease of postoperative IPSS score and VPSS score,and the interaction between salt package and Houttuynia has statistical significance(P < 0.05),while the QOL score was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Houttuynia navel paster combined with heated salt bag compress lower abdominal helps to improve the LUTS of BPH with ACD patients and the effective rate was 88%,which is better than the control group,the Houttuynia group and the salt package group.(2)Through the IPSS,VPSS comparison before and after intervention,the scores of each group were significantly improved after intervention.(3)Based on the QOL scores of four groups of patients before and after intervention compared among groups of patients,the QOL score improved after the intervention,have improved the quality of life in four groups patients,while there was no significance among the control group and the Houttuynia group and the salt packet group and combined group.(4)The factorial analysis showed that the effect of lower urinary tract symptoms in Umbilical Compress and Houttuynia salt bag hot compress abdomen method both in improving the postoperative can interact,better than separate application of Houttuynia,salt bag hot compress,both in promoting the functional recovery of patients with voiding have synergistic effect,can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect after the operation. |
